Authentic Italian restaurant , very different from restaurants for tourists. The owner, sticks to the best Italian tradition of quality, service and what is quite important details, such as choice if winę bottle size, quality of bruschetta served before the meal. Today I had lunch at Zona Fao 37 in Torchiarolo and it was an excellent experience! The freshest fish from appetizer to main course, delicious first courses, and truly spectacular homemade desserts. Everything was carefully planned and served with meticulous attention to detail. A special mention goes to the owner, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and who knows how to recommend the best dishes and conveys his passion for his work. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good fish and wants an unforgettable lunch!

Fabulous! It was a wonderful discovery in 2022, while driving around Puglia with friends. We took a wrong turn, getting lost among the olive trees and identical roads, and ended up in Torchiarolo. We entered Mr. Claudio and Mrs. Giovanna's restaurant and immediately knew it would be an unforgettable experience. Yesterday, on our way back to Trieste, we made a detour to return to the place we remembered. The food is always excellent, fresh fish cooked to perfection, and the welcome was unique. Catering done seriously and with professionalism is something few can match. Make sure to book, though. Mr. Claudio, a true professional, dedicates himself and his entire energy to his customers, refusing to fill the room to ensure perfection. Thank you, Claudio and Giovanna! There's a little piece of you with us in Trieste, once again!

The location is clean and welcoming, modest with limited seating. There's a family-run atmosphere, and you're sure to find a warm welcome. The menu is extensive and offers something for every palate, with a clear preference for seafood. In the kitchen, the wife prepares everything freshly, and the freshness of the ingredients is certainly appreciated, with adequate and somewhat generous portions. In the dining room, the husband is the sole handler of all the customers: welcoming, ordering, serving and restocking, and cashiering. In some ways, despite his charm, I found him a bit inappropriate, at times almost touchy, and even displaying annoyance toward customers. Since there are more than two of us, we've noticed this with more than a few of us, and with others as well. Well, perhaps it's part of the local folklore, but certainly a person with consolidated professional experience. Overall, I consider it a positive experience for the food, but in other aspects I was not entirely satisfied, especially when on the way home, I noticed from the receipt that they had made a mistake in the bill, adding a first course that I had never ordered (given the number of diners, the error in the bill was obvious).

Cibo molto buono e preparato al momento. Il proprietario molto socievole ma mai invadente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
