The Zoi restaurant is undoubtedly one of our favourites, a real "place of the heart" that always gives us new and surprising culinary experiences. Although we are neither vegetarians nor vegans, every time we are fascinated by the creativity and balance of the dishes offered. Each course is an explosion of flavours, prepared with care and attention to detail, capable of making us discover a gastronomic world different from what we are used to, but in an extremely pleasant way. From more relaxed lunches to dinners with friends, Zoi is always a guarantee: a perfect mix of quality, taste and a welcoming environment that makes us feel at home. We had lunch at Zoi with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We trusted them and I must admit we did well. I enjoyed all the dishes: Arepas, Lasagna, Risotto and the 100% vegetable meat and finally Cheesecake. Bread dipped in oil is very welcome. What to add! Zoi is an experience that I recommend to everyone.

Zoi è una famiglia unita, prima ancora di un ristorante di provincia che ce l’ha fatta. Zoi è l’essenza di un sapore, l’incredulità elaborata ed elevata alla potenza. Zoi non è altro che una filosofia di vita, un credo condivisibile o discutibile. Comunque la vediate, qui l’assenza di carne non pesa. Prendete della proteine stampate in 3D e avete trovato un filetto di carne senza carne. Ogni piatto è amore, è pensiero profondo, ogni portata un’esperienza sensoriale. Davanti all’impegno, tante sbavature si possono perdonare. Resta un luogo con cui cimentarsi, un’esperienza da ripetere.

Il mio ristorante preferito sotto ogni aspetto! Non posso che fare i miei più sentiti complimenti a tutto lo staff e a Michael, ( adoro anche i corsi di cucina), sto facendo la transizione da vegetariana a vegana e qui ogni volta è una esperienza unica, di gusto e sapore, nuovo, innovativo, mai banale e unico. Il pane è pazzesco, ma ogni piatto lo è. Che dire… ci torno sempre volentieri
