Working in the restaurant sector we already knew “Ai Pozzi” but there had never been an opportunity to go. Then by chance we happen upon a Sunday for lunch and everything is immediately clear: this is the place to celebrate our wedding. We speak with Vasco and are immediately struck by his great professionalism and passion for this work, so much so that we decide not to even consider the possibility of evaluating other locations.
