“I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant and can highly recommend it. The location is convenient, easy to get to, and the atmosphere is welcoming and refined. The waiters were kind and attentive, always attentive to every need. The cuisine was excellent: every dish was delicious, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The place is clean, without any pretensions to being particularly elegant, which makes everything feel informal and welcoming. The owner and his staff offer excellent service, appearing friendly and kind but never intrusive. Their passion for what they do shines through, and the customer sees and notices it, whether they like it or not.
The cured meats are always fresh, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. But the real highlight is the meat, cooked to a truly masterful standard. I found the whole experience to be excellent and welcoming, with excellent food and fantastic staff. Highly recommended.
