10/11/2024: Small family-run hotel right on the beach in a prime location close to the center of Sabbiadoro. Only suitable for adults, not for families with small children. Predominantly pleasant guest structure from Austria and Germany. Small outdoor pool, but loungers can be reserved here from 6:30 a.m. Breakfast didn't convince us this time.

30/09/2024: We booked this hotel as a family. The hotel is generally very simple, minimalist and very clean. As is usually the case in Italy, the rooms are very small with standardized furnishings, but there is no reason to complain about the size because you inform yourself about it beforehand. The prices of the drinks in the mini bar in the room are very expensive and not at all reasonable. In addition, the rooms are very noisy and you can hear every word from the next room or the hallway. The reception was friendly, not overly warm, but appropriate. You pay €20 a day for the parking space, which is not really a “garage”. Breakfast 10 out of 10 for Italy. Rich, nice, attentive service and an attractive special menu with freshly prepared dishes. You don't pay anything extra for this. Unfortunately, due to the extremely bad weather (very strong gusts of wind), we had to cancel our vacation after half a day, especially because we had a small child with us, which of course the hotel can't do anything about! However, some of the price could have been reduced as a gesture of goodwill. Instead we had to pay the full price, only the breakfast and the booked “garage” were “cancelled”, but we had to pay for the first breakfast. We had hoped that something could be accommodated due to the extremely bad weather conditions, as we would certainly have come again. The hotel wasn't even half full, so they could certainly have reduced at least 10%. The biggest shame was the espresso at the bar, which had to be paid for shortly before departure. For us it has very little to do with customer-oriented service.
