A typical local grill with a meat counter where you can choose from a wide variety of delicacies, including strips, bombette, sausages, and many other types of meat. Excellent quality. Fast service and friendly staff. No reservations required; entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. A different experience than usual. We were very satisfied, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. 🥩🥓🍖🍷

I've been back several times, I'm from Puglia, there must be a reason why I do it, the first time I thought it was a place for tourists, then I realized that there is quality and price there, I will continue to go back.

Highly recommended, excellent value for money! Even though you can't reserve, they were very quick; first they order the meat you want and then they seat you at your table. We had the veal strips (excellent) and various flavors of bombette accompanied by potatoes and grilled vegetables.
Everything was excellent and reasonably priced. It would have been perfect to finish with some homemade desserts, but they don't have desserts...

Excellent and charming location. The meat was fabulous, but the bombette weren't so great. It's true that it was Saturday night and it was really crowded (so service wasn't easy), but we waited an hour to try them, and in the end, they didn't live up to our expectations. Anyway, if you're visiting on a quieter day, give it a try. Alternatively, there are many other interesting grill restaurants nearby worth trying.

Family dinner at this "very famous" restaurant in the small village of Cisternino. We ate their very special meat bombette with a side of roast potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a mix of pickled vegetables. Everything was delicious; with all the photos of celebrities who have tried and appreciated their cuisine, it couldn't be otherwise. We had to wait in a fairly short line, even compared to those who arrived after us. The butcher shop has a neat and well-stocked display, from which you can choose the meat to roast, from a wide variety of veal, beef, pork, nduja-style, and more. The reasonable price, along with the quality of the products, the service, and the charming setting, confirms its consolidated success.

Gita fuori porta del primo maggio. Qualità che si avverte già al palato. Carne che si scioglie in bocca e cotta a fornello tradizionale. Tartare da urlo. Bravi tutti. A presto

Organizzatissimi,veloci ,nel complesso il servizio è stato buono.
Simpatica l'idea di sceglierti la carne al banco,buona.
Carne ottima.
Personale attento e cordiale.
Il motto loro è....mangia e lascia il tavolo,ci sta' se non fanno così la gente si prolunga e non è il ristorante dove fermarti a chiacchierare, ma è il suo bello.
