Location located in the heart of the historic center of Cisternino, you choose the meat at the counter and you sit in the two available rooms, one a little more casual and one more elegant. Despite being in the center and despite the great tourism that has been created in this splendid country, I really liked the price and the raw material of this place. We spent 25 euros per person with a tasting of cold cuts and cheeses, meat of all kinds, water and a bottle of wine RECOMMENDED

Sometimes the meat was a little burnt, a shame otherwise it would have deserved it for the quality. Tartare, Bombette and Straccetti to try!

Gita fuori porta del primo maggio. Qualità che si avverte già al palato. Carne che si scioglie in bocca e cotta a fornello tradizionale. Tartare da urlo. Bravi tutti. A presto

Che dire?? Organizzatissimi,veloci ,nel complesso il servizio è stato buono. Simpatica l'idea di sceglierti la carne al banco,buona. Carne ottima. Personale attento e cordiale. Il motto loro è....mangia e lascia il tavolo,ci sta' se non fanno così la gente si prolunga e non è il ristorante dove fermarti a chiacchierare, ma è il suo bello. Da consigliare.

Exceptional place that summarizes all the typical features of Cisternino. Bombette, livers, rags, roast potatoes - all delicious, truly spectacular. Good house wine, quick service compatible with the crowd, spartan setting but I think you come to Cisternino for the meat and this really doesn't disappoint. We were 4 adults and 4 children and we had no problems! The only downside is the lack of flexibility (once ordered you cannot add more food at the butcher's shop).

20/05/2025: A nice, family-run restaurant with lots of locals, a varied menu, good prices, and friendly service: highly recommended! We ordered the grilled fish platter, but we got scampi, octopus, and squid; there was no fish. The platter was beautifully presented, and the ingredients were very well prepared. The pizza and side dishes were also delicious! Highly recommended, with a local flair!
04/05/2025: Absolutely recommended place. Excellent price quality. We ended up here by chance, we were on our way on a trip. We dined without a reservation with very little waiting for the chosen dishes.
