Great Uncle Pagnotta. A must-visit in Albenga. Excellent products, textbook leavening, cheerful and efficient service. You always have to wait a bit, but it's always worth it. Try the panettone for Christmas: FANTASTIC.

I approached the bakery because of the charming name: marketing is important... and I found excellent products, focaccia, pizza and above all Sua Maestà LA Veneziana: it was a winner, simply miraculous. Nothing else to add.

04/01/2026: An excellent dinner, the staff were quickly trained and friendly, the cuisine was young but with solid foundations, the dishes were imaginative but not too elaborate, the desserts were all homemade, what can I say, everything was excellent.
