Great Uncle Pagnotta. A must-visit in Albenga. Excellent products, textbook leavening, cheerful and efficient service. You always have to wait a bit, but it's always worth it. Try the panettone for Christmas: FANTASTIC.

I approached the bakery because of the charming name: marketing is important... and I found excellent products, focaccia, pizza and above all Sua Maestà LA Veneziana: it was a winner, simply miraculous. Nothing else to add.

07/06/2026: The place stands out only for its large oven that builds fire and pizzas with the speed of a machine gun. The rest of the place looks like a place with slightly dated seaside decor. But that's no big deal, since you get to eat. And that's where things change: the pizza is light yet rich, like a simple dress made of the most expensive silk. I also had the tagliata, which left a lovely smoky flavor that opens up your stomach. The extra bill wasn't even high. The only downside was perhaps the wait, which was a bit long, but in the end, who cares when you're on vacation? The most important thing is the food; good.
01/06/2026: The outdoor seating area was beautifully set with tablecloths, napkins, and glasses. We enjoyed two delicious pizzas, and the service was quick and friendly. A lovely meal before catching the ferry to Corsica.
