I've rarely enjoyed a dinner as much as I did tonight. It wasn't just because of the creaminess of the cacio e pepe or the impressive flavor of the carbonara. It was also because Pasquale and Maria Pia are two of the best hosts I've had in my 34 years. They made us feel at home. We laughed out loud with them, and it was very interesting to see the passion with which they served each table. Take the opportunity to chat with them if you can. You won't regret it. The place is spacious, with many tables, and super clean. The menu options are plentiful and varied. There's something for everyone, but I recommend going for the gems of Roman cuisine. Oh, and the beer is perfectly chilled. A luxury. If you want to spend a special evening, don't hesitate to come and meet Pasquale, Maria Pia, and their food. I really had a hard time leaving because I was having so much fun, and I hope to return.

Nos detuvimos aquí por impulso para probar las alcachofas y tan contentos que lo hicimos. Ambos estilos que probamos eran deliciosos y frescos. Así que nos quedamos un poco más, tomamos otra copa de vino y probamos el tagliatelle con trufas. Pasta perfectamente cocida con un montón de trufas negras a través de ella. Absolutamente increíble! Pia era muy amable y nos atendió muy bien. Si estás en Trastevere prueba este pequeño lugar.

A friendly Roman-style place with delicious Roman-style artichokes, killer. The manager of the place is a real Italian. The place is run by a typical couple, they speak English too. A typical trastevere place, not commercial like we do more.
