Zi Checco In

The fish is definitely fresh. The spaghetti with clams wasn't my favorite. But overall, it was good.

A seaside restaurant where they know how to handle fish, fair prices, and the house appetizer is recommended.

The food was good, but the wait between the first and second courses was a bit too long. The price was a bit excessive for the quantity served.

A good seafood restaurant, with a reasonably varied selection, well-prepared dishes, and a fairly good value. The spaghetti alla zí Checco (a sort of reinterpretation of seafood) and the other seafood first courses are excellent, as are the appetizers and second courses. Where there's likely room for improvement is the selection and pricing of dishes that are suitable for children, also with a view to avoiding unjustifiable waste (we had asked for the option—which was included on the menu—of a half portion of pasta with tomato sauce for our daughter, but it wasn't possible, resulting in most of the pasta being left on the plate). Another area worth investing in to improve the customer experience is definitely the menu: in addition to offering the option (which is no longer an option) of half portions of the first courses, not all the dishes offered are available (for example, we were able to order the very good seafood salad only because we specifically requested it, even though we hadn't found it on the menu...). Why bother with these details?

A Torvaianica classic... Every year it's always a confirmation!!!

Business dinner in Torvaianica in a well-maintained restaurant that puts guests at ease. The dining room offers a view of the beach and the sea, which can be accessed from the dining room. Tasty dishes on a menu that adapts Roman tradition, revisiting dishes with seafood. Recommended appetizers and Torvicelli, a typical pasta dish from the city. The staff, though young, are attentive and friendly. Acceptable value for money.

I have always enjoyed this place. A small, easy-going place with a lovely veranda overlooking the sea. I have been there several times for both lunch and dinner. The sea bream in a potato and artichoke crust is excellent, and the spaghetti with clams is also very good. For a seafood restaurant, I find the prices honest and average! The owner is a force of nature and the service is excellent!

Historic restaurant where you eat divinely, wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, elegant location, excellent service and very fresh fish, and finally parking! Zi'Checco has no rivals!!!

Zì Checco è sempre una garanzia! Primi piatti eccezionali e abbondanti. Mio marito parla ancora degli spaghettoni al sugo di Astice! E i secondi non sono stati da meno. Mia nipote estasiata , dal tiramisù realizzato con maestria dalla signora Patrizia. Leggo che molti si lamentano dei tempi di attesa. È vero, anche noi abbiamo atteso un pò. Ma ne è valsa la pena e chissà, è forse un buon segno???

Ristorante che si affaccia sul mare, gestito da persone competenti,cordiali e disponibili. Cibo molto buono. Eccellente il tagliolino zi Checco. Ottima la frittura e grigliata di pesce . Consigliatissimo.
