Without air conditioning, the mussels are so-so. The first courses are really delicious!

Wonderful place excellent food relaxing environment and great service never disappoints

Lunch with the family. We ate on the terrace overlooking the sea, which is always a nice thing. Excellent service. My only doubt, not being very expert, was that the mussels were very, very small. The rest ok.

Sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più da questo rinomato ristorante...prezzi un pò alti,pesce buono per carità, ma il locale non ci ha fatto impazzire,un pò vecchio stampo...poi o si sta dentro con aria condizionata o in veranda si muore di caldo,non ci sono ventole...un misero ventilatore di quelli casalinghi puntato a terra...una calda sera di agosto ci siamo morti di caldo...peccato avevamo molte aspettative,non è che abbiamo mangiato male ma non è un posto dove ritornerei.

All very good, we had the classic scampi risotto, spaghetti with clams and tonnarelli with seafood. For the second course, fried seafood and sea bream with cherry tomatoes. Nothing special exciting, the bill in our opinion a little excessive but you are certainly paying for the fame of the place. Overall I give a sufficient rating.

Positive experience worthy of note. Quality fish and well cooked with a combination of spectacular flavours. Abundant first courses. Impeccable service, education, kindness and competence also in recommending which wine to pair with. A dinner to remember, on the veranda, with a fabulous view of the sea with the setting sun. The highlight of this establishment? ....... I'll tell you about it right away but it's only for true connoisseurs with a refined palate! The risotto with cream of scampi scores 10 and praise, once again after 30 long years it remains the top player in the entire Torvaianica area and in Rome! Sublime fresh fish, having their own family fishing boat!!! Exceptional raw material to say the least, clam soute and seafood salad worthy of the name, very polite and responsible staff, and above all the owner who has had the worthy name Zii Checco for a lifetime, a kind man who makes you feel at home, on a balcony overlooking the sea, with that thrill of a breeze that touches our faces while we eat! Congratulations because, unlike years, the quality/price ratio remains first in the rankings!!! You know, dear readers, that I am a demanding customer, being a Doc scale in every sense!!! But with the right caliber, and a worthy palate to be able to distinguish the true taste. Today we need to be realistic and say what is right from what is wrong and once again I put my face to it and I strongly advise you to go to this place of family and tradition! Il ristorante dispone di un bel terrazzo sulla spiaggia dov'è possibile mangiare e prendere un po' di sole. Propone una buona cucina di mare. L'antipasto di Zi checco presenta diverse preparazioni, alcune molto buone, altre un po' meno, ma è comunque una buona proposta. Il servizio, svolto da ragazze brave e cortesi, è rapido.
