Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Pesce fresco e di ottima qualità. Personale molto attento, professionale e gentile. Menzione particolare per la seppiolina ripiena di ricotta nell’antipasto caldo e per i rigatoni agli scampi. Spaghetti alle vongole poco saporiti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

We had a fantastic family lunch at ZBass Ristorante in Termoli and the experience was brilliant from start to finish. The service was top notch – friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. This is the real deal when it comes to authentic Italian seafood. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We stopped at this restaurant to eat fish. There are indoor and outdoor tables and by sitting outside you can dine while looking at the sea. The staff is courteous, attentive and gives the right advice to the customer. The seafood appetizers are really good, and with multiple courses, the right portions without exaggerating, and a lively preparation. We continued with a plentiful, crunchy and delicious fried fish, and a turbot that was cleaned and served to us in sight, surrounded by potatoes and vegetables combined with a truly exceptional taste. There is a moment, during a lunch overlooking the sea, when time stops: it happens when the flavor hits you before you even expected it. And at the Z'Bass Restaurant, this moment has the kind face and bold soul of a dish that I will not forget: Z'Bass Tubetti. A marine ode in pasta form. Perfectly al dente tubes immersed in a lively broth, made with technique and intuition. Scampi, sea cicada (now a rare delicacy), lupine, mussels, squid and cockles intertwine in a liquid and enveloping symphony. But it's not just the quality of the catch that speaks: it's the cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and a mysterious wild herb that give that balsamic touch that surprises the palate like a sudden gust. The hot appetizer tells another story of territory and courage: a squid stuffed with ricotta that blends sea and garden, a scallop au gratin that gratifies with measure, a very tender octopus and a cuttlefish that still tastes of sand and effort, worked with delicacy and memory. The welcome is friendly, the service attentive without intrusiveness and the outdoor atmosphere - among alleys full of sun and light chatter - completes the experience. But it is Andrea, the chef, who is the true beating heart of Z'Bass: he has the rare gift of translating tradition into a new gesture, without distorting it. His tubes of broth are not a simple dish: they are an author's signature, an imprint of taste that describes Termoli with its own voice. There are tables that nourish. Others that excite. Both things happen here. And coming back will be inevitable.

Good restaurant, the raw materials are of good quality, perhaps a little too processed losing a little the taste of what you order. Good service really nice environment. Value for money 7, quantity price 5.5. Definitely inappropriate the subscription of wine by the glass.
