Zi' Bass In Termoli

I thank my colleague Kevin from Termoli for recommending this place. The day was already getting better at the time of the call as they informed me that it was necessary to know at least 45 minutes in advance for the broth, after all that is the time it takes. The mixed starter was exceptional and the broth was really good, especially the sauce, enjoyed especially at the end with a nice slice of bread. The babà was nice and wet. Next time I plan to also do a round of fried foods 🔝

Small place, but it immediately gives you the idea of ​​good food. Fish dishes that are not too sophisticated, perfect as they are because you don't have to invent anything for the real flavours.. Good service, obviously with the place full it's normal to wait a little bit.. I would happily go back!!

Locale molto accogliente, personale gentile che sa consigliare per il meglio, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, senza attendere anche se eravamo in anticipo sull'apertura. E bagni molto puliti, che tutti guardiamo ma nessuno ne parla! Pagato il giusto. Ci torneremo! Grazie

Yummy! Fresh fish, generous portions and prices in line with the offer. Recommended fish soup really rich in fish even if it requires at least 40 minutes of waiting, but it's worth it

This restaurant, it's staff and the chef are a gem. If you enjoy top quality seafood then this is the place to go. I am very particular about where I eat fresh seafood especially crudo (raw) and this chef knows what he is doing. However, he also prepares a spectacular filled pasta that we have had a few times (both different) equally as sublime. The wine list is extensive with a good representation of local and regional wines. The service is professional and yet relaxed (the way it should be). The prices are fair for the quality of the product and the preparation. (at least a Michelin star). I am saying this from my experience eating in many different countries at all levels and also having managed some of the best restaurants in my city in the past. I truly recommend this restaurant to anyone that really loves seafood and to eat it in such a picturesque environment. Compliments to the management, serving staff and chef.

Ristorante nel centro di Termoli. Locale accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico ma servizio insufficiente per ordini sbagliati o mai arrivati. Antipasto freddo buono ma sapore coperto da troppe salse con sapore troppo deciso. Spaghetti alle vongole assolutamente insipidì, senza olio e con acquetta delle vongole… frittura mediocre. Buono il vino consigliato. Non lo consiglio anche se il prezzo è stato molto onesto…

Cozy place, strategic, central location, attentive and qualified staff, exquisitely presented food with excellent raw materials. I was lucky!! Excellent pit stop!! Lunch with friends based on cold raw and cooked meats and taccozze with salted cicadas and ricotta 🍄‍🟫 for an Olympus of gods I recommend it!!!!
