I have been to many restaurants, but ZBASS is truly one of a kind. The food is nothing short of sublime, with dishes that blend tradition and innovation perfectly. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and each dish is an explosion of well-balanced flavours.
The service was equally extraordinary. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to ensure that every aspect of the meal is perfect. The presence of the owner and the owner is an added value: passionate people who love their work and take care of customers impeccably.
I highly recommend Z BASS to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable dining experience. It was a real pleasure dining here and I can't wait to return.

Massimo Baruzzi and Caterina being on holiday in Termoli, today 27 July 2024, we had dinner in this restaurant recommended by people close to the umbrella who are local. We had two starters of raw fish with shellfish, tartare and carpaccio, super abundant dishes but above all of quality and very fresh fish, then a baked turbot with a side of potatoes and mixed vegetables, also with a white pulp from freshly caught fish. In fact they have their own fishing boat. But what was also surprising was the price, very honest for what we ate. I must say that here in the north we would never have spent such an amount for what we ate, here everything is exaggerated. It's a shame to stay so far away because it would really be worth going more often. Congratulations truly for the quality and your honesty. If we return to these parts we will not fail to visit you again

Historic place. I recommend booking! I saw that the number of seats was balanced with the kitchen, as the service was well coordinated. Locally caught food I recommend the raw ones both in the appetizers and in the carpaccio for the freshness of the product. The seasoning in the pasta was excellent. If I had to find a flaw in the quality of the baked turbot potato, it was soft. Excellent value for money. Just consider that the Cerasuolo Testarossa Passetti wine that I pay 13 euros in the supermarket is on offer for only 20 euros. Then having dinner in the square has a plus of context. Advised

Ottimo e storico ristorante di pesce a Termoli
Abbiamo mangiato del crudo di mare veramente sontuoso e freschissimo. Ottimi anche gli spaghetti con le vongole e il pesce al forno. Scarsi i dolci, ma non ci sono mancati.
Prezzo super onesto.

Very pleasant evening! Top quality raw material used with wisdom. We enjoyed a grilled fish and a mixed fried fish with a good variety of fish (at least six types in the fried fish). Even the good tuna steak was well presented on a palette of summer colors and flavours. Thank you for your welcome and the good experience you gave us.

We went for dinner, the starter was very modest, their soup was very good. The only flaw was the service: the waiters were friendly, we booked the soup on the phone in advance (knowing that cooking would take time) but we still waited more than an hour for it to arrive, without anyone telling us anything for the long wait.
