Zerocinquantuno In Bologna

We opted for an aperitif with a charcuterie board, tigelle, and a good bottle of wine. The charcuterie was good quality, although some were less appealing than others. The service was generally friendly, but we had to wait a bit for our order to be taken. We would also have liked a brief presentation of the charcuterie on the board and a cooler to keep the wine at the right temperature. Despite these small points that could be improved, we had a pleasant evening. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good aperitivo in the center of Bologna.

In the Quadrilatero area near the Piazza Maggiore, busy, especially during the aperitif / dinner times with locals and tourists alike. Fun outdoor atmosphere, the meat and cheese sampler was excellent and they had wonderful meatballs as well. Service was prompt, overall a fun and delicious dinner.

The tigelle and the cured meat and cheese platters are excellent. The cured meats may lack variety, but they're all high-quality. The service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit crowded, and the tables are uncomfortable and small, but being just steps from Piazza Maggiore, that's pretty normal. Good value.

One of my favorite places in Bologna for a quick bite. The people are wonderful, and the location is fantastic!

The basket of mixed stuffed tigelle was very good. I would have preferred to pay €2 more for the spritz but not to receive a "spritz shot." The service was fast and friendly. A tip: I think it's normal to have the tigelle pre-cooked to speed up service, but keeping them in a bag on display takes away the illusion of artisanal craftsmanship.

I was there a year ago; the location is ideal, and the staff is very friendly. Bologna is a city that always makes you feel welcome.

A great place for an aperitivo. You can sample delicious Bolognese specialties here. We especially loved the wide selection of tagilleria (small panini). It's a cozy spot to sit in the narrow streets and watch the world go by, as well as the other food shops.
