Amazing fresh pasta and homemade crusty bread, great local wine and service, the atmosphere was lovely, it was very busy but I didn't have to wait long, as a solo female diner I felt very comfortable I highly recommend the tagliatelle ragu!

For aperativo we had their tigella and aperol. The tiny sandwiches just perfect and soo delicious, I could eat them everyday. I recommend 6 pieces for 2 people and 1,3,12 no of ingredients. Also the staff was cheerful and friendly. I definitely recommend the place also I dont know if the 051 is a brand but we also have a dinner at another 051 near this place just 10 meters apart. And it was delicious too.

Best lasagna I've had in Bologna. The tortellini in cream was also good but the lasagna was a bit better.

Charming place with delicious food. We came at lunchtime and it was busy, but we got a table quickly. The tagliatelle al ragù was perfect (both the pasta and the ragù), as was the wine. Recommended!

Very good food, but the garlic lollipops they serve you take away all the charm of the place. Poor service, lacking empathy; they seem tired and bitter.

Very nice restaurant for lunch, they welcomed us kindly and served us quickly. The place is almost rustic but with evident touches of class, really nice environment. We all took the cotoletta alla bolognese, maybe the parmesan fondue was a bit liquid but they noticed this and offered the change, but it was not necessary, the taste was phenomenal. Compliments

Siamo stati a cena in questo particolare locale posto in una via del centro storico della città, accogliente e arredato come una vecchia osteria, abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata gustando la loro cotoletta alla bolognese che abbiamo gradito. Veloce e cortese il servizio e in linea con il contesto il conto.

Ristorante centralissimo e pensi che sia solo un turistico ben posizionato… al chè, poi entri e scopri che è “Bolognosità” genuina al 100%. Non si prenota, entri e ti fanno accomodare appena si libera un tavolino qualunque. Personale in sala dei ragazzi gentilissimi, veloci e preparati, un menù semplice con poche portate che rispecchia appieno la tradizione culinaria bolognese e vini esclusivamente del territorio. Abbiamo preso un fantastico tagliere di salumi e formaggi (tutto favoloso), tigelle calde ad accompagnare, un Sangiovese da agricoltura Bio estremamente beverino e, per concludere, dei tortellini e tagliatelle al ragù bolognese che, dire meravigliosi al palato, è veramente poco! Alla fine ho pagato un conto che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso… eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Bravi tutti!
