22/02/2026: We found it by chance during a motorcycle ride; they found us two seats even though it was fully booked.
The staff were extremely kind, helpful, friendly, and quick with service.
The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, well-decorated, and not too noisy.
The dishes are beautifully presented, and the quality of the meat is excellent. We ordered two slices of salt-baked beef fillet, and it was a wonderful discovery. The meat was exquisite, flavorful, and beautifully presented in a pan.
The desserts were also excellent.
Worth remembering as one of my favorite restaurants.
19/02/2026: A historic trattoria in Monghidoro. I recently went there for the first time with a friend for dinner. Very centrally located, small and welcoming, with a rustic, spartan atmosphere. The owner seems gruff at first glance, but he's kind and welcoming, and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. The fillet steak with mustard and brandy was excellent. Generous portions, everything was delicious. I expected the prices to be a little lower, but now they're in line with Bologna trattorias. Definitely worth a try, highly recommended!
