A welcoming place with a lovely atmosphere and helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff. The menu is super inclusive (suitable for omnivores, vegans, vegetarians, those with food intolerances, and celiacs)! The menu offers excellent options, and they offer express cooking, catering to a wide variety of dietary needs. The vegan potato croquettes are excellent!

Delicious ragù, mozzarella, and parmigiana. And gluten-free!! For dessert, a spectacular cheesecake.

What an amazing experience at Zero Zero Grano in Naples! As someone who needs gluten-free food, I was absolutely blown away. The gluten-free pasta was an explosion of flavor — easily some of the best pasta I have ever tasted. Every dish was prepared with care, passion, and incredible attention to detail. What makes this place even more special is the wonderful couple behind it. From the kitchen to the service, their dedication, warmth, and hospitality shine through in everything they do. They have built something truly special, and I sincerely hope their business continues to thrive for many years to come. Most importantly, Zero Zero Grano is 100% gluten-free, making it a fantastic and safe choice for people with celiac disease. Being able to enjoy authentic Italian food without any worries is priceless. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Naples. You won’t be disappointed!

I had dinner at this new place two days ago. We had three different types of pasta. What can I say...exceptional. For me and my daughter, who has celiac disease, it was heaven. As soon as I return to Naples, I'll definitely stop by.

If you're gluten intolerant, you're in the right place. Quality, courtesy, and an intimate Neapolitan atmosphere.

The place is small (reservations are recommended), well-kept and clean, and the owners are very kind. I'm giving the food 3 stars because both of our entrees were salty, and one was too al dente, and the other was overcooked... which shouldn't happen in a completely gluten-free place where you should know exactly how our pasta responds, but it can happen!!! The fried bread was very good, and the dessert was excellent. The prices are medium/high... We spent 90 euros for 1 fried bread, 2 entrees, 2 glasses of wine, 1 water, and 1 dessert. In the photo, you see 2 waters, but we had only 1.

Delicious food and no problems with gluten, soy, peanut, and dairy allergies. Knowledgeable friendly server and nice atmosphere, with good quality house wines and a tasty limoncello. Fresh warm gf bread was a special treat.

We were thrilled with Zero Zero Grano! Finally, a restaurant where you can eat gluten-free without sacrificing flavor. The food was excellent, fresh, and prepared with great care. We especially loved the stylish and cozy atmosphere – you immediately feel at ease. Very friendly service and overall a real highlight. We will definitely be back! Excellent GF beer and meatballs, good bread, mixed salad, and tiramisu, and OK tagliatelle. Pricey but worth it for a GF meal. However, shortly after arriving home after dinner, I suddenly experienced itchy hands, flushed face, rapid heart rate, and general shakiness that lasted more than an hour, then receded. Scary, but we eventually recognized the symptoms as an MSG reaction I'd had years before that must have come from our meal. I was OK again in the morning. :( Disappointed.
