Zeppichl In Merano

The spa is very inviting and the swimming pool offers a fantastic panoramic view. Simply brilliant!

We had dinner here. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The soup alone could have been a main course. My medium-rare roast beef with onions was cooked to perfection and very tender. The side dishes were also okay, but with the soup, it was a bit too much. All in all, a very good dinner that was worth the price. By the way, the prices aren't high. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Zeppichl (inn) for 3 nights. The food was outstanding, the portions with half board were amazing! Sooooo much & simply sooo delicious! Big praise to Lukas & his team! The room at the inn is simple but perfectly adequate! The wellness area is fantastic. Whether it's the sauna, whirlpool, or the view! We were there in mid-October, it wasn't busy, but the relaxation rooms were very pleasant. Order "a" Fanta at the bar (good for digestion) - Lukas & Verena know what they're talking about! ;-)

Here in the Plan Valley, the Zeppichl Mountain Residence is the most beautiful place on Earth. The scenery is magnificent, and the hotel offers superbly friendly and personal service. Cleanliness, amenities, wellness area, food, rooms—everything is absolutely top-notch. We feel very comfortable here and will definitely be back.

During my backpacking trip along the Merano High Trail, I was able to stay in this charming, modernly furnished hotel. The welcome was very warm. The room was modern and tastefully decorated. The wellness area, with its several saunas and the rooftop whirlpool with a view of the mountains, was a great place to unwind and relax. The breakfast was very plentiful. In short, it was a very pleasant stay (even if only for one night). I would gladly come back here again.

The Mountain Residence Zeppichl, located directly on the Merano High Trail, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy yourself. The hotel definitely deserves another star; the service, culinary experience, and the luxury offered are unparalleled. The rooms are a dream and immediately invite you to feel at home. The food is excellent, the breakfast plentiful and varied. The warm hospitality, the beautiful spa area, and the excellent massage deserve special mention… simply fantastic! From here, there are numerous hiking options, both for experienced mountaineers and beginners. A very nice day at the day spa. I, or rather we, had interpreted the term "day spa" somewhat differently, but we were still not disappointed. We understood "day spa" to mean that all the spa facilities were available throughout the day. However, there are different opening hours for the individual areas (swimming pool, clothed sauna, saunas, whirlpool). Just a minor communication issue, but as I said, it was very nice and relaxing. We'll definitely be back, perhaps even booking a room.
