A surprisingly good restaurant in an unpromising part of Rivoli Terme. The waitresses were welcoming, the antipasti were excellent, mains were great although my Pasta alla Grecia was a little too salty, which is always a risk with pancetta/ guanciale based dishes. House vino bianco was great. Unfortunately we were too full to try the dolci but, if the biscotti which came with the coffee were anything to go by, these would have been good. Also an honourable mention to the sourdough bread and focaccia which were home made and delicious. Over all a triumph for simple food made with care with quality local ingredients. Complimenti!

Place near the Guidone or Tivoli motorway exit... excellent for a lunch or dinner break, excellent cut, very tender, delicious pasta and potatoes, very kind waiters... in short, highly recommended! well done!!

Found by chance because I was passing through the area, Tivoli Terme. This tavern offers its guests typical local dishes, well made and very tasty. We ordered a gricia, a cacio e pepe and an appetizer for 2, all really good. The only flaw in the ending was the coffee, not up to the quality of the lunch!! Fast and efficient service. Convenient parking in front, near a supermarket. I recommend, but without coffee!

I went with a large group and they accepted the reservation at the last minute. The menu they proposed was excellent, with multiple options for vegetarians, vegans and lactose intolerant.
Fast, efficient service. But the best quality is the welcome. Relaxed, courteous atmosphere. Truly a pleasure.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
