Wow, pizza! Great service! Absolutely worth the trip!

They told me about this pizzeria as the "non plus ultra" in the area. One of the best gourmet pizzerias in Lucca and Pisa. I arrive on a Saturday evening after having booked for 5 and find a reservation for 3. Somehow the owner seats us. We order 4 pizzas and an Arabic bread. The Arabic bread arrives twenty minutes after the pizzas "because Arabic bread has a different type of cooking". Good products in line with other pizzerias of the same standard, prices above average. Ordinary draft beers. Digestion wasn't the smoothest during the night.

Going to Zenzero means living a taste experience that takes you into a world of new flavours, where pizza is offered in its contemporary version. Crispy and delicious dough, top-quality toppings: at Zenzero every combination tells a story and is designed to surprise the palate. Honestly, it was the first time for me both as a customer of the pizzeria and as a tester of this type of pizza. I must say that I was surprised even though I had been prepared for the high quality standards of the place. Certainly, it is a one-of-a-kind place in Pisa and worth the price spent, which is above average for a pizzeria. The service is professional, the staff very kind. In my case, there was an oversight and I had to request the wine a second time because they forgot to bring it. Nothing irreparable, but given the levels and costs I would have expected it not to happen. After all, making mistakes is human. The environment of the venue has a soft atmosphere, which makes it pleasant to spend an evening in company talking to your friends/partners. In fact, I didn't encounter the noise problem that is often found in other venues, also because the tables are well spaced. Wine: very good. Pizza: very good. Sweet: a little less. I took the almond crumble with cream ice cream, I asked them to add a little strawberry sauce (which they added without any problems, in fact). The cake was really good, but the ice cream honestly wasn't. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again.

An excellent pizzeria where the quality is excellent

Gourmet pizza. Pizzas with excellent ingredients. The tasting menu is recommended where you eat a quarter of 4 different pizzas, served one after the other and therefore always piping hot.

One of the best pizzas I've eaten. The place is beautiful inside. An open kitchen and a team that prepares the pizzas in front of our eyes. The dough is crispy and delicious...I personally ordered it with artichoke. The price is a little high but worth it

Prices too high for pizzas and desserts which are not exceptional. Attentive and friendly service but not enough to justify the bill.

The pizzeria is not very visible from the street and from the outside it does not reveal the wonderful experience that can be had inside. The pizzas are not very large but the quality and goodness of the ingredients deserves 5 stars. The dough is crunchy, light and delicious. The fillings are all worth trying, they are not the traditional ones, they are all very particular... in short, they must be tried. The price is higher than average but every now and then it's worth going. Highly recommended.

Nice pizzeria with open kitchen and lots of seats. Very good gourmet pizzas are offered with excellent quality ingredients, but which perhaps do not justify the price, which in our opinion is excessive

Nice find. Very nice place, fast service. Every pizza is an experience. I also like the proposal of a hypothetical pairing with a wine. Fantastic desserts.
