We went to this pizzeria a few nights ago and we must say that we were more than satisfied. As lovers of Neapolitan pizza we went a little out of our comfort zone with this type of pizzeria which offers a more crispy and dry variety of dough... but it managed to amaze us! Despite the thin base, the cornice is high and airy, the ingredients are also of the highest quality and the flavor combinations are also innovative but always based on tradition. For example, we ordered a "Carbonara" which left us speechless, one of the best of the evening together with a taleggi or roast potato... this too to be recommended to everyone. We also tried a classic margherita, and one with cooked ham, stracchino and olive powder, these too were excellent but the other two will remain in our hearts, together with another particular pizza served as a roll with courgettes inside, cooked mozzarella which we have taken as an appetizer to share. The only flaw were the desserts, a tiramisu (this was good) and a lemon yoghurt which was quite acidic and not at all sweet, despite the honey (you could tell it was a quality yoghurt that didn't come from the supermarket, but I would have combined differently). A positive note is the entire open kitchen, which allowed us to observe the work of the pizza chefs throughout the evening, perfect and super controlled. Furthermore, the table service was always up to date, ready for every request and above all friendly as it should be in all pizzerias. The price may be a little high but it respects the quality of the raw materials and the work behind everything. We will happily return ☺️

Fantastic food, perhaps the best pizza I've ever eaten... excellent quality raw materials... Normal prices... However, I must say that the place is a bit bare... from the outside it looks like a large warehouse, upon entering it improves but the feeling of an old repurposed structure does not end... Good service, but you want to give the impression of being in a luxury place, furnishings that can be significantly improved... All in all the aesthetic part is negligible if you take into account the excellent pizza ...

The offer is proposed as excellence and quality pizza.
I appreciated the quality of the ingredients.
I did not appreciate: the absence of tablecloth or table linen, the use of a table "broom" passed by the waiter to collect the crumbs while we were seated (and therefore the possible contamination between the various tables), the electric and non-electric oven wood, the ice cream with a frost of ice and the room showing the first signs of rising humidity.
For the proposal and the menu I expected a different attention and we can (and should) do better.
However, it remains a quality venue.

Gourmet pizzeria. Pizzas made with first choice raw materials, with interesting and successful flavor combinations, which reflect on the excellent final result. Prices accordingly, for a classic dinner, pizza, beer and dessert, it is difficult to spend less than 30 euros each.

Excellent pizza, really good dough and seasoning, lots of choice of quality ingredients, delicious combinations. Nice atmosphere and helpful and attentive staff. We topped it off with craft beer and ice cream.

It's not the first time I've booked at this pizzeria, I go back and return and every time it's a beautiful evening for the atmosphere and above all for their extraordinary pizzas. In addition to being gourmet, they are excellent, with balanced flavours, crunchy and very particular dough, and very high quality ingredients. Try it to believe it. Highly recommended
