18/04/2025: Very nice place, but in my opinion many things need improvement. I appreciated the pizza dough, but on the other hand I don't find the choice of only making pizza by the meter pleasant, and if there are two of you you are forced to take half a metre, obviously leaving something left over. Half a meter of pizza between two people means throwing away food, and food shouldn't be thrown away. It arrived very badly cut and seasoned a little so it comes in the end. Prices? I would say honest at least when it comes to pizza. Service? Waiters a little too present. Would I go back? Not even!! I would say that only the place deserves 5 stars, but if you do catering it's not enough to have a beautiful place.
17/04/2025: The pizza at Scuderie is so good it's addictive!!! Our favorite flavor is the Sicilian.... an apotheosis!!
If you are more than two or three people, a meter of pizza is better (up to three flavors of your choice), otherwise half a meter is enough (two flavors max)... and then if you are always hungry, you can get another one!
All the other dishes are equally good, and the portions are generous, from pasta with tomato sauce (they also make half portions, for example for children), to tagliolini with lobster and cherry tomato sauce (truly the best!).
Then there are the desserts! Typical desserts from Campania! The products arrive directly from down there more or less every day with the courier, the desserts, the mussels, the provola... And this helps to make the difference, in addition of course to the courtesy of the staff, who makes you feel at home ❤️
