21/01/2026: I'm Roby, the singer from Los Locos, and I was here for dinner with friends. Kaori in Barletta is undoubtedly one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever tried. The place is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The fish is incredibly fresh and top-quality, evident immediately in its texture and flavor. Each dish is prepared with great care, elegantly presented, and truly inviting. From the sushi to the hot dishes, everything was impeccable. The staff is exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend or explain the various dishes. Their passion and professionalism are evident, something rare these days. In conclusion, Kaori is a must-try for lovers of good sushi. Highly recommended! An experience worth repeating.
