It's now a guarantee...since 2009 when we discovered it we have never abandoned it!

The lights need to be reviewed, they are like spotlights and do not help you relax during dinner. for the rest everything is wonderful.

I have no complaints about the service and the environment as they were good. But the sushi was not authentic at all despite the very visually pleasing and appetizing presentation. It's the typical Westernized Japanese sushi of an unusually large size, with a heavy use of mayonnaise and fish roe. Fish was not fresh either. Nothing like those in Tokyo though I had slight hopes that the food would be authentic seeing some Asian (Japanese-looking) chefs standing behind the conveyor belts. The soy sauce was too salty for sushi dipping as it's supposed to be lighter in Japan. Well, I'd say by European standard, this sushi shop is alright but by Japanese standard, this is no doubt not up to par.

The raw fish including oysters is spectacular, the innovation and tradition of Japanese cuisine is worth it all, the Etna white wine is also excellent.

Very nice place. Different from the usual but well looked after Warm environment. Rooms not too noisy The raw materials are of high quality. The presentation is also choreographic. All very good. Good choice of wines and bubbles I will return with pleasure Correct quality/price ratio

Posto caratteristico e incantevole con sushi bar. Cibo di alta qualità. Prezzi sopra la media ma vista la varietà e la cura nei dettagli direi spesi bene. Cortesia e cordialità del servizio. Consigliato per le occasioni speciali.
