Zazà Ramen, noodle bar & restaurant In Milano

posto molto bello, raffinato ma stiloso. Si mangia molto bene, la cucina italiana (napoletana) buonissima. Accoglienza napoletana per chi non è stato a Napoli (calorosa, amichevole e generosa) bruschette varie ed insalata di mare squisita, fresca e abbondante. A tavola il sale rosa dell' Himalaya e il sale nero del Vesuvio per condimento e l'olio extravergine di ottima qualità. Come primo abbiamo preso le penne al salmone e pasta alle patate e provola che fa venir fame solo a pensarle. Come secondo delle Polpettine di manzo con una salsetta ai 4 formaggi che sono la fine del mondo (la scarpetta d'obbligo). Per i dolci sono buonissime le ceescake di vari gusti, frutta , ed il caffè ottimo in tazza rigorosamente bollente come a Napoli. Il proprietario Gianni e la moglie hanno creato un atmosfera famigliare e amichevole. Consiglio vivamente di andare a trovarli, e non vi fate sfuggire il negozietto di abiti ed acessori da mare molto ricercati direttamente da Positano (italia).

La ragazza al banco è gentilissima e brava. Buonissimi i ravioli. Ramen vegetariano pessimo, è acquetta che non sa di nulla. Mochi gelato è una gomma surgelata. Ci sono andata perché ho visto il servizio in televisione, nulla a che vedere con il vero Ramen, non ci tornerei.

I ordered one of the very few (perhaps only) vegetarian options, the ramen, and it was actually good, refined, original. Perhaps a little low in nutrients (protein part) but certainly well done. Impeccable and calm service, THANK YOU for not having forced us to order water as soon as we sat down and not having cleared the table as if we were at the lunch table, details not to be taken for granted. Only flaw, but for me fundamental given the area, the target, the price range: for me it is unacceptable to leave a place like this and smell of cooking! Maybe I would consider investing in the extractor hood: I would perhaps accept this defect from another type of place, but leaving there with the aura of fried food found again this morning on my shirt is inconsistent with everything else.

I was with you about a couple of months ago and I plan to return very soon: the place is well-kept, elegant but informal, the staff is very kind, and the food is truly excellent. There were two of us and we tried several different dishes and there is nothing that didn't amaze us, for the precision of the recipes, masterfully executed, and the refinement of the ingredients, whose freshness was clear from the first taste. Thanks for the experience!

Lunch with my colleagues, positively surprised by the food quality, I had the Octopus one - highly recommended. Other options also look very well thought through. Will come back.

Good ramen, nice place, good gintonic.. polite staff! But toooo expensive!

Simple but refined environment. Excellent food quality. Friendly and fast service. Medium-high price, nevertheless I recommend it.
