Zazà Ramen, noodle bar & restaurant In Milano

Lunch with my colleagues, positively surprised by the food quality, I had the Octopus one - highly recommended. Other options also look very well thought through. Will come back.

I went to Zaza in the Moscova area with fairly high expectations, given that the ramen is presented as a premium proposition. Unfortunately I was disappointed: the ramen didn't seem particularly good or balanced in flavours. Furthermore, I found it rather heavy, with a heavy and not very harmonious broth. For the price and location of the place, I definitely expected more. Nice location, but the culinary experience didn't convince me.

TOP experience! The location presents itself positively, minimal and pleasant design. We are welcomed by a kind girl who makes us sit at the table, as soon as we sit down they come to present us with the dish of the day and to confirm what was reported during the booking phase (intolerance and allergies). They immediately showed themselves to be extremely attentive and available to find an excellent solution that would meet my needs. In fact, I had the pleasure of enjoying a ramen that suited me, leaving me very happy and satisfied! The lunch menu they offer during the week is very convenient. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

Good vegan ramen, to be requested with the egg removed. It turned out very good, but something was missing to be perfect. I would recommend implementing a vegan ramen with maybe tofu or something else inside to make it more complete

The 7 Meatball Ramen is a sure thing. I have been ordering it every time I come here for years now, always with the addition of an egg for an extra touch of flavor and creaminess. The broth is rich and enveloping, the meatballs are tasty and perfectly balanced in texture, and overall the dish is a guarantee of satisfaction. Unfortunately, there is one aspect that has not improved over time: the persistent smell inside the restaurant. Every time you leave here, you take with you an intense smell of cooking that impregnates your clothes, so much so that a stop at the dry cleaners the next day is almost mandatory. And it's a real shame, because the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, the staff is always courteous and helpful, and the food is truly worth it. If they could solve this problem, the experience would be simply perfect.

Sabato sera milanese e locale imballato di gente ma noi abbiamo il tavolo prenotato. Scelta di ramen non ampissima, ma quelli che abbiamo scelto noi ci sono piaciuti. Il locale pero è un po troppo rumuroso. Alla cassa segnaliamo al personale un disguido avuto all'arrivo e per scusarsi riceviamo un trattamento molto speciale, complimenti per l'attenzione al cliente.

Locale carino, abbastanza rumoroso sia nella parte superiore che inferiore. Cibo buono, menù non eccessivamente ricco ma con buona scelta. Servizio un pò distratto, mentre molto preparata la ragazza che ha raccolto le ordinazioni. Poco empatico il ragazzo alla cassa... un pò più di attenzione mi sarebbe piaciuta visto il conto abbastanza elevato.
