Lovely place. The staff, entirely made up of women, is top-notch. But the ravioli with porcini mushrooms is incredible!!!! Everything delicious.
The lady from Crecchio has remained in my heart... We'll be back to visit you (ps: we are the florists from Rome who used to work at the abbey).
Highly recommended.

There's nothing to complain about regarding the food, the location, and the quality-price ratio. But the service, alas, is simply not up to par. With complete and extreme respect for any worker of any age who works in any work environment, but in certain workplaces, the manager must be attentive and vigilant to meet the needs of his customers. A restaurant like this, which was the favorite haunt of a great manager from Abruzzo who revitalized and revitalized a Turin-based car manufacturer that was in deep financial crisis several years ago, cannot delegate a single person over the age of 60 to manage a table seating about 20 people.

We stopped for dinner at the recommendation of the owner of the B&B where we were staying. Excellent food, delicious roast beef, and a quaint location. The only downside: service was a bit slow and there was only one person in the dining room.

We entered hungry and tired.... We couldn't find any open restaurants nearby, and after a very positive recommendation from a passerby, we went. Everything went great: the beauty of the place, the speed, the deliciousness of the recommended food, and excellent service with truly reasonable prices. A great ending for us!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance (family-run for three generations). We found excellent quality products, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
Pictured: a plate of mixed cured meats, pappardelle with hare ragù, and lean tortelloni with porcini mushrooms and tiramisu (the latter two were fabulous).

We stopped almost by chance at this restaurant, I had heard about it for a while but had not yet had the chance to go there. I will tell you just one of the first courses: Pappardelle with hare sauce... sublime. And to finish, a roast lamb, brought on a hot lava stone. We spent 25 euros each, with (in addition to the first and second courses) water, house wine and a Coke Zero. Attentive and super helpful staff. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.
