Zanzibar In Pesaro

A small, elegant, and welcoming place, perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif. It's not particularly cheap, as a cocktail can cost €10-12, but the quality is truly high and justifies the price. I had one with pear, whiskey, and cinnamon, and it was simply phenomenal. It's also worth noting that the cocktails on the menu are their own creations, but you can also ask for the "classic" ones found everywhere. Finally, it's worth highlighting the wide selection of spirits, especially gin and Scotch whisky. Regarding the latter, I particularly liked the bottle of Lagavulin 16-year-old, which few places stock. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality spirits.
