Elegant and quiet place in a great location. Good food BUT PRICES absolutely DISPROPORTIONATE for the offer in terms of complexity/sophistication of the dishes as well as quantity of portions. Example: €30 dish with literally 5 scampi. Result: You leave the restaurant with a bitter aftertaste.

For the first time we went for my partner's birthday, we chose this restaurant because I had heard good things about it. The welcome in the room was excellent, excellent food and quality, very good special dishes, dynamic and willing young people! Compliments! We will return and I will definitely recommend it.

We had an incredible fine dining experience at Zanze XVI. The food and service were outstanding! Chef Giovanni and his team took us on a full journey through every course, from the warm welcome to the delightful petit fours at the end.

Soul, like the menu I chose for my stay in Venice, a Blind Menu where the personality of Chef Giovanni and the stories of the history of Venice are expressed,

The high airgibility, with the choice of a sourdough starter, which has a whole program, Okara,
Each dish, except for a second course (I'll leave it up to you to discover!) is followed by a broth.
Okara, as dear as Irene, was alone, but despite a room with a few diners in the room, she made her presence in the room a combination of both highly professional and sweetly present.
The wine list, despite the small size of the restaurant, tells not only the regional identity but also national facets and small European and international gems.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zanze XIV and I can say that it was an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is welcoming and refined, creating the perfect setting for a special evening.
Note of credit to chef Giovanni for the exceptional dishes prepared. Each course was a work of art, not only for the presentation but also for the harmony of the flavors.
Special thanks go to the head nurse Irene, whose attention and professionalism further enriched our experience. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The head nurse guided us with perfect combinations of dishes and wines, testimony to her profound knowledge of the menu.
In summary, I highly recommend Zanze XIV to anyone who wishes to delight in high-class cuisine and top-notch service. Highly recommended!
