I'll start by saying that I don't like hamburger sandwiches even though I've eaten them a few times and I feel like giving a positive rating overall, especially when compared to other MC-type fast food restaurants. Obviously the quality of the meat is not comparable. However, I must make a note because compared to the first times since the opening, something has unfortunately changed for the worse. The meat before was truly exceptional, now, although it is always good, it doesn't reach the levels of the past. I often find parts of fat that are not pleasant especially in salad-type dishes. The chips used to be super plentiful, now they're just right, sometimes just a few. Overall recommended. By now it has become a meeting point for young people, especially the location in Viale Strasburgo.

little staff. The tables displayed outside, where you can eat, are dirty with ants and other insects that invade the ground where the tables are. It's a shame as the food is good and well cooked.

If you're craving a burger, this place fits the bill. The portion sizes are quite large. The ordering is convenient and can even be done ahead of time.

I have always been a fan of Zangaloro but, perhaps due to too many outlets, perhaps due to the period, this is the third time in which I have found sloppiness and slowness at the Via Venere point. Sticky tables even if the place is empty, endless waiting with very few people (over 25 minutes for a single sandwich)... the quality of the product seems to have some flaws compared to before and I'm very sorry. There was also no red beer, so I decided not to get anything else to drink (and, for some time now, instead of the "Birra Messina - Cristalli di Sale" brand, there has been a shabby piece of paper with pen writing in the dispenser). I hope that these errors are recovered, because people risk becoming disaffected. The location has an excellent position but the internal management definitely needs to be recalibrated! Finally, it applies to all Zangaloro outlets, since the pandemic exploded there has no longer been the possibility of inundating oneself with various sauces and mayonnaise and certainly, in this case too, one of the strong points is missing. I hope everything can be restored as soon as possible. After all, going to Zangaloro was above all a whim, if it has to become a pain, with long waits, dirty tables and little attention, you might as well give up. I'm sure we'll be flying high again soon!

Dirty tables and no one goes around to clean, then after a while a black boy arrives who, coming out of the kitchens, brings a bath towel without disinfectant and passes this around all the tables Horrible sandwich, good burger, I won't go back again
