Zangaloro Meat Factory In Palermo

Today I had the Loba burger, one of the best burgers I've ever had, served with generous fries, perfectly cooked, and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back, I recommend it.

Welcoming, great food and cheap.

Impeccable service... but the guy in the kitchen, who can be seen from the sales counter, should be a little cleaner... both the kitchen counter and the tray where the rolls go into the oven... honestly, looking at it, there were residues of other things... in theory, the tray gets dirty, get a clean one, put the other one to wash...

We took a break at Zangaloro Meat Factory in Mondello during a business trip. The place is modern and welcoming, with tasty burgers and generous portions. Friendly staff and good value.

As always, an unbeatable burger

Excellent burger; we ordered two 2000 burgers, highly recommended. The only thing that could be improved was the staff's flexibility. We asked for the hot sauce not to be in the bun but served separately; the initial response was a blunt "NO, that's not possible." After insisting on the absurdity of their inflexibility (there was no confusion), we finally sat down and waited for our burgers. The parking area and the area for consuming the burgers were very convenient.

The burgers are good, but recently (July 20, 2025) I got some hot dogs delivered, and the quality was truly awful. The bun was dry and smelled stale, and the unpretentious sausage (the AIA ones are tastier) was undercooked, barely warmed up. The fries arrived greasy and with little toppings (cheddar sauce and bacon). They often have a habit of forgetting the toppings on the buns or requests like splitting the hot dog in half. I should try the burgers again to perhaps reevaluate them; I think all these outlets are affecting the quality of the product. It's a shame; it used to be one of my favorites.

I ordered fries with cheddar and bacon and onion rings as a starter. I didn't think the onion rings were served with cheddar on top, especially since I didn't find cheddar and onion rings enjoyable, so I wanted to save a box. I'm attaching a photo.
