Zangaloro Meat Factory In Palermo

I've always chosen Zangaloro for the quality of the food. In recent years, everything has taken on an increasingly "chemical" feel. How would I describe the atmosphere at the location at Palermo Central Station? ...the location speaks for itself🥶

We went to Zangaloro in Palermo and had an excellent experience! We ordered a 45cm Margherita pizza, split between four people: two slices each, large and generous. The pizza was delicious, well-made and cooked to perfection, with a light dough and quality ingredients. We also ordered three bottles of water and a Coke, and spent only €13 in total—a truly exceptional price for what we ate. A special mention goes to the staff: the girl at the cashier was extremely kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The entire staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. A place that combines quality, quantity, and courtesy. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

The guys are great, the girl at the cashier in particular is sweet and kind. It should be illegal to let them work without air conditioning in July with 37°. The only thing that makes a bad impression in the place is the owners for this.

I have always liked Zangaloro quality. The variety..we go with friends who love meat and I am a vegetarian and I always find the vegetarian Burger with egg. Very good and full of grilled vegetables. I often order with Glovo too. However, a very sore point, today July 30 and more degrees the boiling asphalt, we decide to stop to eat in this recently reopened spot on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, we go in... and it is hellishly hot!!! The staff are very kind but sweaty, we who wanted to take shelter inside in the cool, had to run away. The internal temperature was even higher than the external one!!! No air conditioning!!! We were negatively surprised to see something like this inside a Zangaloro spot and we went away to eat sandwiches in a nearby place where there was air conditioning! I don't understand in 2025, in addition to the customers how you can keep staff working in these conditions, the cooking plates behind, radiate heat up to the counter. We also saw a new pizza outlet next door, always yours, but also there is no air conditioning! I hope you are expecting something very soon that will mitigate the heat of our torrid summers, both for customers and for the staff who one wonders how. can still have the strength to smile at customers!
