The fish is incredibly fresh, both cooked and raw, and there's quite a crowd, even on Tuesday evenings. Fabiana and Fabrizio, who work here, are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Come here if you're in the Talenti area.

This is our third time here and it's always a great experience. The quality/price ratio is right.

Superb restaurant. High-quality, ultra-fresh fish. Excellent service, very kind and always available staff. The atmosphere is refined and classy. Definitely worth repeating, and definitely worth trying if you haven't tried it yet—you'll be absolutely delighted. The open kitchen is a plus.

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant thanks to a TheFork promotion, which was applied correctly by the restaurant owner. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, we would have eaten at a higher-quality seafood restaurant. The portions were very small, and the service was inadequate. I have no complaints about the quality of the ingredients. I wouldn't return.

Thursday evening dinner with my wife. No reservations, as it was a spur-of-the-moment decision. We decided to try this place with a hint of nostalgia, as it's located on the premises (a mezzanine level accessed from the street by two flights of stairs) that in the 1980s served as a branch of the Renato Fucini middle school I attended at the time. The reference to the blue and the sea is clear and obvious. The dining room isn't huge, but it's welcoming. A few tables are on the small terrace. The kitchen is open to the chefs and staff at work, a detail that guarantees expertise and cleanliness. My wife and I ordered the same first course from the menu of the day: Mancini spaghetti with red prawns and basil (€20), followed by Nepi water and a glass of house white wine. We finished with two desserts: a tiramisu (in its own glass jar for €6) and a lemon delight with berries (€8). The staff and the owner are extremely kind and made us feel immediately at ease. The first course was truly delicious: spaghetti cooked just right, sweet raw red prawns (they asked us if we wanted them cooked or not), and a sauce to mop up the sauce at the end. Just the right amount of salt, with balance. The quantity of food on the plates was certainly not small, but with 10% more product, giving you another two forkfuls of happiness, it would have been perfect.
- The desserts were balanced, just right...a job done well without cloying lapses into excess glucose, but they didn't stand out for their character. My wife's lemon delight, however, was really small for the €8 list price.
- The glass of wine (the wine used wasn't stated) was pleasant, but the quantity here was truly below average. I'd almost call it half a glass.
- The value for money: quality ingredients in sufficient but certainly not abundant quantities. The food is good, but you pay for everything to the last penny, without going overboard with an extra bite or sip. However, the brigade with the Italian chefs on hand is worth the price of admission. At least you can be sure that the dishes are conceived and cooked by passionate Italian chefs, with a level of hygiene that, especially in summer, leaves no room for parades of cockroaches and feasts of mice (which, alas, I find common in the galleys of Trastevere on sultry summer evenings).
In any case, recommended. I Talenti del Mare will not disappoint you.

Spectacular.
Very courteous and professional.
Perfect cuisine.
Where other restaurants serve pre-cooked and reheated mussels, here everything is cooked to order.
Spectacular

Brave, complimenti!!
