The best Japanese restaurant in Val Camonica and Sebino. Extensive menu of Sushi and Sashimi with the addition of other typical dishes of Japanese cuisine, wide variety of desserts, tea, sake gin and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Dishes made on the spot with excellent quality ingredients and well presented. Friendly and efficient service, although a minimum wait must be considered as the dishes are quite elaborate. Unfortunately the restaurant, although very characteristic, is a bit small, with few seats and a somewhat closed environment. I would have preferred Japanese style decorations on the walls of the room. It would also be much more appealing to use Japanese style tables with separate and reserved areas for each customer for better privacy. I would also have put Japanese music in the background instead of the classic piano. Price adequate for the quality of the food and service. Highly recommended.
