Yume Ramen In Cesena

Looking for a place to eat top-notch ramen? Yume ramen is for you! Lots of different flavours, even for those who don't want "broth" there is ramen made "carbonara style", with its unique flavour! Very elaborate appetizers and ramen with a unique taste. Far better than what you eat at the all you can eat! Very particular Japanese drinks and genuine flavours.

Welcoming place and staff, if I understand correctly you don't have to book if there is room you sit down straight away, for me it's a nice idea to eat with strangers, a great way to pleasantly broaden your knowledge. Let's move on to the courses, all very very good, including the bao which I have rarely found prepared well in other places. The only flaw were the desserts, unfortunately the disappointing ones, which is why I give 4 stars, we took 2 desserts and none were definable as good, expensive and lacking. I took Okinawa, a nice description and it looks good too but the biscuit at the base was too hard and I personally didn't like the combination of flavours. My girlfriend got the mochi even the hard ones (when they should have a soft texture). In summary, I recommend all the dishes except the desserts, which are expensive and leave something to be desired.

Fantastic ramen and ravioli, too bad I didn't leave full... Generally, in my opinion, the bowl is a little small for the price it has.. but it's the best ramen I've ever tasted so far. The environment is characteristic but I miss the privacy of the separate tables a bit

I had never eaten Ramen. I really liked both the broth and the dry ones. The girls are kind and it's nice to share tables and speak in low voices

Non sono un cliente facile, poichè ho vissuto un mese e mezzo in Giappone e mi sono affezionato molto alla loro cucina. Locale bello, che ricorda molto quelli in cui andavo a Tokyo e Nagoya, ma soprattutto ottima qualità. E' stato come tuffarsi nel passato. Soprattutto, cosa a cui i giapponesi tengono molto in cucina, soddisfa sia il palato sia l'occhio. I piatti, infatti, sono serviti con la stessa estetica e cura che potreste trovare in Giappone. Un difetto ? Si... il difetto è che vorrei aprissero anche a Faenza, la mia città. Sarebbe il mio locale preferito. Ho letto anche le recensioni negative e mi sembra che sia tutta gente che semplicemente non capisce questo tipo di cultura o cibo. Semplicemente non è un problema del locale, ma di incompatibilità con un certo tipo di clientela italiana... molto differente da quella giapponese. Bravi !
