Yume Ramen In Cesena

I discovered this quiet place in the center of Cesena and I must say it was a real pleasure! It's the perfect place to discover and appreciate typical dishes from another culture, with a variety of options that fully meets your expectations. I loved every dish I tried; they were well-crafted and, above all, delicious. The presentation was captivating, and the flavor was incredible. The service was courteous and fast, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who were able to explain the dishes and offer expert advice. The location is beautiful and quiet, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was very kind and helpful, doing everything they could to make our evening a memorable one. We'll definitely be back!

It's always nice to come to Yume Ramen, a little journey into Japanese culture, a little break from the frenetic daily life and to reconnect with yourself and your dreams.

Dishes made and presented in a very good and orderly way. Quiet, central and cozy environment. Courteous, attentive and helpful service. Good and refined desserts with a cost a little above average ... but absolutely worth trying.

Fantastic experience as always! Everything was delicious (I recommend the Tsukemen, a new summer dish) and the staff was kind and helpful.

Yume Ramen in Cesena is a place that has won me over more and more over time. My husband and I always choose it when we want a good ramen and I must say that we have discovered a welcoming and relaxing environment, perfect for a stress-free break. The food is excellent, prepared with care and with fresh ingredients, and the place exudes an air of dreams and positivity: entering makes you feel good. In addition, they often offer really interesting offers, so you can come back to try something new! Highly recommended, we will definitely be back! ☺️🍜

Very well-kept place that offers an inviting variety of ramen and other Japanese dishes in ramen-bar style. I have tried different types of ramen on several occasions: Tokyo light and delicate, Sapporo full-bodied and tasty, excellent for warming up cold December evenings, but tonight I tried the Wagyu ramen, the mythological Japanese beef with fine marbling. It was a truly fantastic experience, the thin but abundant slices of meat warmed by the hot broth accompanied by the typical ramen ingredients including naruto, seaweed, marinated egg, melted in the mouth in a riot of flavor .... Unfortunately distracted by the aromas and flavors I forgot to take a photo of the beautiful presentation ... I will return to make up for it. Update 01/07/2025: I went back to try the Tsukemen, a dish based on cold ramen to dip in a rather thin broth, I was amazed by the combination of delicate but well-defined flavors, the broth is similar to a cream in which the peanut flavor stands out and the ramen and other ingredients are dipped in it. It is an excellent option for the heat of this period. The meat gyoza are also good and the more particular black ones with squid ink and shrimp filling.

We wanted to try a dinner at the yume ramen in Cesena: intimate atmosphere, extremely polite waitresses, food that is nothing short of amazing!

The food is really well cooked and balanced in flavors. The format of the restaurant is truly a dive into Japanese culture, even the fact that you can't book like in Japanese diners (I love this choice!). The last two dishes I tried were the classic Tsukemen with meat and the vegetarian Tsukemen (same dish but with tofu instead of meat). In my opinion they are two really summery dishes, tasty to accompany a kombucha (I love the ginger and lemon one). I have been a loyal customer of Yume in Cesena for over a year (usually it doesn't happen to me with restaurants, taverns etc...). I strongly recommend you try it, I'm sure you won't regret it! Ps: among other things, it is one of the Japanese restaurant chains highly recommended by "Whoiskenta" (rightly so in my opinion)

Locale carinissimo in centro città. Arredamento minimal, ma funzionale e simpatiche idee per apprezzare la cucina giapponese. Buonissimi i ramen al curry e gli udon vegetariani. Ottimi anche i gyouza vegetariani e non. Ottima birra.
