Yu Shan Fang In Padova

Unlocked the 25-year-old achievement today. The boss lady was very nice with the small cakes and the presentation. The grilled fish I ate last time was a bit spicy, so I mentioned it to the boss this time. He remembered that it was slightly spicy but also very fragrant and delicious. Now whenever I want to go out to eat, the first thing I think of is Yushanfang. I highly recommend Yushanfang👏👏👏

The best Chinese restaurant in Padua, with a well-stocked menu, tasty, abundant portions and excellent value for money! For years now we have been going there alone, with friends, for lunches or dinners with friends. The flavors also match well with Italian palates, with some gems such as, certainly, Wuhan spaghetti which absolutely must be tried!! The staff is very kind and welcoming, available to make variations and adjustments to the dishes (e.g. transforming a dish that includes meat into vegetarian). The only aspect to take into account: their "spicy" for us Italians is "extremely spicy". You can obviously ask to serve the dish without hot spices (which I recommend). Very low prices, highly recommended!!!

Tutto buono ed economico, abbiamo provato un sacco di cose tra cui gli gnocchi cinesi con verdure, buonissimi e le costine al miele da leccarsi i baffi. Super consigliato, era pieno di clienti cinesi a pranzo quindi il posto è valido.

The food was okay though both my dishes were drowning in sauce. The restaurant was clean and has convenient hours. If hungry, at an odd hour, I would return.

La comida estaba bien, aunque mis dos platos se estaban ahogando en salsa. El restaurante estaba limpio y tiene horarios convenientes. Si tuviera hambre, a una hora extraña, volvería.

Finally a Chinese restaurant where dishes that aren't always the same are cooked. The food is really good, homely and authentic. Well done!!

A magnificent New Year's Eve dinner - since they don't even celebrate it! The chef? A man of a thousand resources. He took turns leaving the stove to go outside to shoot fireworks, entertaining his son. Every time I ordered, through a website, I almost felt guilty calling it back in. The food? Pas mal, let's say ok, but not memorable. The staff didn't speak Italian very well, but the atmosphere was so surreal that it added a certain charm. The dishes, as usual in festive situations, had to be waited on - but then again, who can compete with the chef-father who wants to have a New Year's Eve party with his son? An experience more to be told than repeated.

The food was delicious! We were mistaken in thinking that 'ramen' is noodles with soup, but it's still good!!
