I loved every detail. The place is a direct gateway to Japan, with a simple yet incredible atmosphere that makes you forget you're in Milan. The quality of the fish is top-notch, and the flavors are perfectly paired. The staff's kindness is unparalleled. It's well-attended. Full marks!

13/11/2025: Sure, people go to AYCE restaurants to save money, but then they miss out on the true flavor of Japanese cuisine: the intimate, traditional atmosphere, meticulously crafted from every detail, from the origami at the entrance to the individual dishes prepared with extreme care and refinement. A blend of tradition and flavors that can only be found here! Dinner for two, greeted warmly and professionally, yet informally. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we'd been transported to Japan... or (since I've never been) how I'd wish it were if I were there. We ate both sushi and other dishes and would have tried the entire menu if we'd had more time. The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and the place was spotless. Highly recommended, absolutely for anyone who wants a traditional experience and a taste of Japanese heart.

22/02/2026: This memorable trip to Southeast Asia came to a brilliant end at Ristorante Xier 3 in Milan. It wasn't just a meal; it was a joyful meal that perfectly satisfied both body and soul as the journey drew to a close. The restaurant offered dishes with a very Taiwanese flair. After spending many days traveling in Italy, being able to enjoy authentically Chinese cuisine here was a real treat. My dad even ate three bowls of rice! I especially loved the spacious and bright dining environment and the warm service, which allowed everyone to easily raise a glass and share the highlights of the trip on our last night. Delicious food and laughter mingled at the table, proving that Ristorante Xier 3 is the perfect place to celebrate the perfect end to a trip. With satisfied stomachs and happy hearts, this trip was truly worthwhile!
