High level ingredients and the taste is fantastic. Also very good service

Yoshinobu, I came across this restaurant because of the three chopsticks on the red shrimp (which are a symbol of Italian sushi masters). The master says little, does a lot, and makes his work heard: masterfully crafted nigiri, the freshest fish of the highest quality, paired with perfectly seasoned rice. As I told the master, the food here is better than in many places in Japan. The tuna cheek literally blew me away, its flavorful yet delicate, as only the Japanese know how. I can't wait to visit Master Yoshinobu again; I recommend a visit to everyone.

Il miglior crudo che abbia mai mangiato in un ristorante. Scrivo perché non riesco a comprendere i voti bassi dati dagli altri e mi sembra una vera ingiustizia. La qualità del pesce è massima; mangiado si percepisce quanta cura lo chef metta nella selezione delle materie prime. A breve ritornerò per gustare altre preparazioni.
