Il miglior crudo che abbia mai mangiato in un ristorante. Scrivo perché non riesco a comprendere i voti bassi dati dagli altri e mi sembra una vera ingiustizia. La qualità del pesce è massima; mangiado si percepisce quanta cura lo chef metta nella selezione delle materie prime. A breve ritornerò per gustare altre preparazioni.

The new restaurant in Yoshinobu is getting closer and closer to Japan, essentiality and simplicity to enhance the flavours, courtesy, competence and availability as always, now 15 years since the first time. And every time like the first, every time the quality of the fish that distinguishes it and the ability to know how to enhance it, makes it a unique place for me. PS taste the Morone...😉

A real must for anyone who loves Japanese sushi made by a Japanese person, as it should be done. Prices maybe high in reality, but if you are a quality patient like me you won't suffer too much.

True Jap Old School..excellent fish and some types of nighiri in Milan only they have..kind and super professional waiters..!! Fresh and modern environment with a nice large traditional counter. A few more Uramaki perhaps for the Praise 😉

18/06/2025: I was thrilled with the service first of all. Ms. Din was awesome!
07/06/2025: Tiny portions compared to the average and the images shown on the menu, little attention to detail and very slow. The dishes were brought to us with a fairly significant time difference.
