Yorokobi - Poke sushi experience In Fasano

One of my favorite places, the last time I ate salmon sashimi, it was never so good!!! Lobster 🦞 udon and kumite were delicious, like the rest!

A sophisticated dining experience in a refined and exclusive setting. Each dish is a small masterpiece, prepared with the highest quality ingredients and presented with great attention to detail. The service is impeccable, discreet yet present. The prices aren't cheap, but they're absolutely justified by the excellence of the overall experience. Perfect for a special occasion.

The quality of the ingredients is undoubtedly high, as is the execution of the dishes. The atmosphere is pleasantly welcoming, although the table layout isn't ideal, as our table was bumped into several times during service near the kitchen. The only flaw, but a significant one, is the service. Clumsy and unprofessional (and not just from the new staff), it doesn't live up to the standards of the restaurant. Several lapses in attention made our stay, unfortunately, unpleasant. It's a real shame; my expectations were high, but I can't recommend it right now. I hope, however, that my comments can serve as a starting point for improvement.

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. Some friends had recommended a new place to eat good sushi (which we absolutely love), but we couldn't remember the name, and apparently we couldn't even remember where it was, since it wasn't in Fasano. 😅 However, never had a circumstance been so fortunate and rewarding: we found a gem! I want to emphasize that despite having eaten in restaurants all over the world, even high-end ones, I've never walked into a restaurant and smelled such a wonderful, clean smell. The staff is courteous and finally competent in explaining what you're about to eat. Let's get to the sushi: true POETRY 😍 We'll be back, soon, very soon, for what can rightly be called a SUSHI EXPERIENCE!
