Yoji is real sushi: very fresh fish, perfect cuts, impeccable balance of flavors. No frills, just quality and authentic Japanese technique. If you are looking for a serious sushi experience, you can't go wrong here. A point of reference for true lovers of the genre.

Very kind staff (there will be at least 6 people), quiet environment, among the first to do Japanese cuisine in Sesto. Since the days of via Timavo I have never tired of Cirashi misto and Sake tempura uramaki or temaki capasanta😍 etc etc A certainty and a lot of quality in the choice of ingredients and in the composition of the dishes.

30/07/2025: Yoshinobu, I came across this restaurant because of the three chopsticks on the red shrimp (which are a symbol of Italian sushi masters). The master says little, does a lot, and makes his work heard: masterfully crafted nigiri, the freshest fish of the highest quality, paired with perfectly seasoned rice. As I told the master, the food here is better than in many places in Japan. The tuna cheek literally blew me away, its flavorful yet delicate, as only the Japanese know how. I can't wait to visit Master Yoshinobu again; I recommend a visit to everyone.

06/08/2025: À la carte restaurant, good portions, though not generous, and a reasonably priced menu. Relatively fast service, nice atmosphere.
29/07/2025: Ordered takeaway and in addition to being quick I have to say that the quality of the products was significantly superior to that found in various Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurants, another cuisine!
