I don't usually leave reviews, but this place stands out not only for the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the dishes, but also for the genuine courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially the waiter who looked after us: a courtesy from another era.

The dishes are exquisite and beautiful. The open kitchen and panoramic terrace overlook the sea, offering views of much of Gallipoli, including Santa Maria al Bagno in the distance. Try it, you won't regret it, and you'll definitely want to come back.

Dolce Salute

02/02/2026: A fantastic pastry shop with a selection of vegan products, including pasticciotto. The owner passionately explained to us how the name "Dolce Salute" (Sweet Health) is the motto this pastry shop believes in.
03/10/2025: We contacted the pastry shop for our wedding. The cake was excellent, and all our guests loved it, as they were amazed that it was gluten- and lactose-free. The ice cream (coconut and mango) was also excellent, and not only tasted great, it was a perfect ending to the meal. The spectacular cake was also stunning, and everyone was amazed. Highly recommended for anyone with dietary restrictions, and more.
