Yellow Scapece In Gallipoli

Durante la nostra visita a Gallipoli abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante Scapece un locale carino situato al secondo piano di un vecchio edificio nel centro storico.Abbiamo gradito la cena,l'unica cosa negativa che abbiamo constatato è il fatto che la mattina nonostante ci fossimo recati sul posto per prenotare un tavolo vista mare accordatoci dall'adetto alle prenotazioni, la sera quando ci siamo recati per la cena,il tavolo era occupato e siamo stati costretti ad accontentarci di un tavolo che non avevamo prenotato.

At a dinner at Yellow Scapece, you absolutely can't help but notice more things. The first of all is the warm welcome from the restaurant manager and the other collaborators. The open kitchen with the meticulous Chef already suggests how tasty you will be able to taste. We were having dinner with some suppliers, we were recommended a beautiful route that started with raw and cooked appetizers, two first courses, coffee and dessert. Qualitatively speaking, we are really top notch, delicious raw materials, very fresh and served with an uncommon elegance. I only took a photo of a dish because...it wasn't right to take the phone during such a delicious dinner. The taste of each course positively impressed our palate, for each dish. The combination of recommended wines (4 bottles, each better than the other) did the rest. Truly CONGRATULATIONS for the management of this beautiful restaurant, located among other things in the best spot of Gallipoli Vecchia. Full speed ahead!

We went for lunch...excellent choice...excellent location open kitchen (10/10) wonderful service very fresh and delicious food (I also ate the cod which I usually don't like...and instead) excellent advice...and given that the place was still quite crowded we felt pampered! Highly recommended!

A seafood-rich restaurant located on the second floor, opposite Mercato in the old town. We ordered Gallipoli shrimp and scampi carpaccio, sautéed octopus and potatoes, red shrimp linguine and seafood tagliolini, all accompanied by local white wine. I was served fried cod meat, and on the way home I got some gelato at the cafe on the first floor. All-inclusive for three people for just over €100.

Beautiful experience in this restaurant on the second floor of an old building overlooking the sea on the port of old Gallipoli. Cooked seafood starter EXCELLENT in taste, ideas and care on the plate (Catalan of prawns, cuttlefish and cod meatballs truly a fantastic surprise). The first courses in the photo are excellent in terms of production and taste (tagliolini with prawn tartare and black garlic sauce highly recommended). On Saturday 15 March 2025 we had dinner at yellow Scapace in Gallipoli, advice from the B&B manager. Where we were to spend a weekend, we were welcomed with kindness and attention almost like you do with your own family, we ate divinely! I recommend it to everyone!

Everything of excellent quality..very kind waiters..the friendly and affable owner.. I highly recommend it.

Pranzo con amici in questa bella location ,il servizio esaudiente ed eccellente ,sicché ordiniamo il cibo ,la materia prima ottima e ben elaborata dagli antipasti ai primi tra cui il risotto agli scampi i ravioli ai crostacei magnifici . Citiamo trovati benissimo ritorneremo ,ringrazio lo Cheff Demis per la bella esperienza gastronomica . A presto
