Highly recommended for those who want to immerse themselves in the Japanese atmosphere and culture, a small but welcoming place. Delicious food, showcasing the care and skill in preparing the dishes. Excellent and generous dishes, where you can distinguish the various ingredients and flavors of Japanese cuisine. The dishes aren't overly salty at all (you don't run the risk of having to order 2 or 3 bottles of water like at an all-you-can-eat restaurant). And in the evening, you'll be full and happy, no need for a Brioschi to go to bed. 😂🐗 Excellent value for money. I recommend booking, even during the week.

The best ramen and udon we've ever had. The place is small and not very fancy, but probably similar to what you'd find in Japan. The owner is friendly, and the girls who work with him are super knowledgeable and smart. The only flaw might be the lack of attention to the non-main areas, like the kitchen and bathroom, but otherwise, everything is very good. We'll definitely be back.

If you want to try real sushi in a traditional Japanese restaurant, light years away from the overused all-you-can-eat restaurants that blend ingredients and cuisines from around the world to excite the palate... Yayoi is the answer. Forget eating on fancy chairs surrounded by ponds with artificial vapors rising up onto the table... this is reminiscent of the old Mambo at Kiss Me Licia, a wooden restaurant with a counter overlooking the kitchen... top-quality fish and rice served to the moment in a typical Japanese bar. I've tried all the "tre bachette" at Gambero Rosso Veronesi, but this one beats them all in quality!

An intimate restaurant far removed from the usual all-you-can-eat options. It offers a true Japanese atmosphere, with quality food. The portions are generous, the prices are moderately high, but worth it. Limited seating, good service. Definitely worth a try, even for takeout.

Yesterday I discovered this little place that transported me a bit to a Japanese atmosphere. We had two plates of rice noodles, one with vegetables, the other with shrimp. Very good, freshly made, and plentiful. The owner was very kind and helpful, as was the waiter, although perhaps a little awkward due to language barriers... I would go back for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

19/10/2025: You can order as much as you want for 32 euros, like a buffet, but you'll have to pay extra for grilled Wagyu beef, drinks, and more. So... it's a bit... annoying. You even have to pay for water... It's like a typical Japanese-style restaurant. First of all, don't eat anything with tuna in it, like sashimi, niguro, or tartare. The sashimi has a strong tuna smell... Seriously. The salmon is edible. However, there's no wasabi in the sashimi or sushi, so it's basically fake sashimi and sushi. The spring rolls are still delicious, and the shrimp rolls are also delicious. The miso soup is delicious. However, the bibimbap isn't what you'd expect. It's rice mixed with crab soup in a stone pot-like bowl. So, it's like a real Korean bibimbap. Don't eat it. And the portions are so generous that you won't be able to eat anything else once you start. And after eating here, I went straight to the bathroom.

17/03/2026: Our favorite stop when we want sushi. Cute atmosphere and fast, attentive staff.
14/03/2026: Eat as much as you want for €20, drinks not included. Very good food (we tried about twenty dishes), quick service, and no socializing. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, even though the place is quite large, but on Saturday lunchtime it was not very crowded.
