Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced, and I concluded it wasn't the type of cuisine for me. However, I would recommend it to lovers of the genre, as the ingredients seemed to be of excellent quality.

The service was impeccable. The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us order even though it was our first time there. The food was excellent, and the overall experience was great. We'll be back.

Dinner with two friends on a Saturday night in January with freezing temperatures, the place was packed.
The positives:
- Efficient booking, including a WhatsApp confirmation message and help finding the place.
- Once we arrived, we got a table without waiting.
- Super efficient and fast QR code ordering system and online menu (unlike other places that require a computer science degree 😄)
- Food was truly excellent for my tastes: from the classic rice dishes to the noodles to the hot pot specialty, everything was excellent. Fresh ingredients. Much less salty than other restaurants.
- Very friendly staff (even if in a hurry) ask how things are going and try to accommodate your needs.
- Generally fast service (until a lot of people arrived at once, as is normal).
The negatives:
- The ventilation in the place wasn't working: needless to say, essential in general, especially in winter, with a place full of grills and hot pots. This causes excessive humidity, stagnant grill fumes, damp floors and surfaces, excessive temperatures, and the need to constantly open the door and ventilate the room (letting in the cold air). Let's say this is the single worst con.
- General cleanliness: there was some dirt on the floor (besides condensation, there was a bit of various grime, nothing unusual, but it's better to clean it a few more times during the evening). A bit of dust around, bathrooms not very clean.
- The staff, although friendly, were in a hurry, and no one explained the menu options or the various options to us properly; we were left alone with our QR codes 😢.
- Some electrical outlets/cables at the tables are a bit in the way (not dangerous, just better if they don't bump into us and accidentally cut off the power to the table).
In conclusion:
I think the high attendance and the time of year have stretched the restaurant's staff and resources to the limit (with fewer people there wouldn't have been the same problems, and the door can stay open in April). However, a place like this needs a super-sized, constantly operating ventilation system. A few more cleanings on the floors and furniture wouldn't hurt either.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly, so I'd say the essentials are there. By fixing the above, I think they could reach the top level!
