La cocina que no esperas, moderna y saludable pero sabrosa y refinada que realza materias primas menos frecuentadas. Tomamos el menú degustación a base de pescado, el único defecto y hablemos del atún que se cocinó demasiado para mi gusto, la pasta con ajo, aceite y chile con calamares fue extraordinario. Personal amable, rápido y listo para apoyar cada solicitud. El menú a la carta promete ser muy bueno, pero tomaremos nota de ello en nuestra próxima visita porque estamos seguros de volver.

The place is charming, zen, magnificently decorated. Beautiful social project behind this restaurant with an elegant location and an interesting and unexpected menu. The amberjack tartare with cucumarazzo is excellent. Good wine list and numerous proposals for artisanal and local after-meal elixirs. Coffee served with mocha and accompanied by fresh pastries. Very polite and trained staff.

I found xfood by pure chance, poking around on Google looking for a place I liked to eat on the road leading to Brindisi airport. The project immediately struck me. And the style with which it was proposed, the communication. Bright and affectionate, cheerful. I looked at the photos and immediately saw that it was my world, but what finally convinced me was the menu: a few intriguing dishes and with more than honest prices... Well, I wasn't wrong. What I define as "a place of the heart". I won't be in these parts often, unfortunately, but I hope anyone passing by will take advantage. Let yourself be pampered by the "pampering" that is provided in this place: pampering during set-up, pampering of service and tasty pampering in the kitchen. Yes, maybe I've gone on a bit...
