15/05/2025: Yet Ceglie Messapica is not a seaside resort and no one would ever imagine going there to eat good fish. And let alone in a tavern. But the right communication and healthy and correct marketing without frills, organized by a dynamic and lively young man, combined with the competence and professionalism of the kitchen, disproves the theory that fish is only eaten in seaside resorts. It was enough to pass by by chance, to sometimes fleetingly view those videos recorded between one table service and another to understand that nothing was left to chance. A hat worn backwards and excellent raw seafood just brought to the kitchen by the chef are the only ingredients used by the lively and enterprising young man, son of an artist, to make effective videos and communicate with simplicity the strengths of the family business.
