I report discreetly and without complaints that the house wine has an obvious "volatile alcohol" problem that unfortunately makes it undrinkable. A report that goes unheard by the excellent waiter. I finish the dinner leaving more than half of the wine in the glass and at the time of payment, with the same tact and discretion I report that the wine has an obvious organoleptic problem (without demanding discounts).
