I love the decor, the ambient music, not to mention all the food and drinks there. I still have to try the burgers, but they're definitely a 10! I highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and a cornetto when you visit Marino.

I've been frequenting this bar for about two years and have always had a great experience: excellent products, fast service, and generally friendly and attentive staff. However, this morning I had an unpleasant incident: a green-haired bartender and a colleague took the liberty of making fun of me simply because I was confused when asking, also thinking that the people behind the counter don't realize what they're doing. The reason I'm writing this review is because I was really bothered by the comment the lady used towards me. Fortunately, her colleague—who has been working here longer—handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, as always. A word of advice to the newcomer: respect for customers is fundamental, and such carelessness should never happen. That said, I reiterate that this place remains a point of reference for me: consistent quality and, aside from this isolated incident, generally impeccable staff.
