Group dinner with colleagues
The environment is very well looked after, kept and refined. The menu is very varied and the pinsas very good, although perhaps a little small (we took another one to share). There is also a lot of choice in the desserts, but they are not at the same level as the pinsas.

If you are looking for something different from the usual pizza you can't help but spend a nice evening at the Workshop and enjoy one of their magnificent "Pinse"! Once the dough has been chosen between classic 00 flour, wholemeal flour and cereals and Venere rice flour (very light!), the arduous task of choosing the seasoning begins. A wide range of flavors and gourmet style combinations that will make you want to eat them all. Rich, tasty and with quality ingredients. Served on a wooden cutting board in a particular environment full of objects and particularities of the past by pleasant and friendly staff. Perhaps slightly more expensive than the area average but the quality of the food offered justifies everything. Definitely a place to try and return to if you want a pizza that's a little different than usual. Not recently, a place accessible to disabled people and for children, half a pinsa... margherita or whatever you prefer is also available.

The pizza by the shovel here is truly extraordinary, exceptional from every point of view. It has an ellipse shape, different from the classic round pizza.
I ordered the Calabrese, with top quality ingredients, and it was delicious. It was so good that we decided to get another pizza, this time turnip tops and sausage, to share. This was also a great choice! An interesting thing is that you can choose the dough: in my opinion, the one with wholemeal flour is the best.
Truly excellent value for money.
Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired. We had called days before to book, specifying that we had two children and needed high chairs. Unfortunately, they hadn't written down this information and only by luck did they find the last two high chairs available. Furthermore, the lady who took the orders appeared unwelcoming, even grumpy.

Fairly fast service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Food is varied but above all good. Undoubtedly you go for the pizza by the shovel. There are many types for both dough and seasoning.

Really excellent pizza, crunchy, tasty and stuffed properly. Very charming place with antiques.
I recommend booking as it is very crowded.
It's just a shame they don't have desserts.
