Excellent food, friendly and knowledgeable staff. To return.....

I thought it was a pub. It's more of a restaurant. The owner is very helpful and prepared a dish not on the menu for us. We had a good time and spent the right amount. It's not a sandwich shop. The battered vegetables and the fried potatoes in their skins are excellent.

Alla ricerca di un buon ristorante durante il mio tour in Veneto in bici,ho fatto tappa a casale sul sile e ho scelto questo ristorante visto le ottime recensioni. Tutto confermato,prodotti di qualità e servizio rapido e cortese. Tagli di carne di varie pezzature,e vari tipi di carni,alcuni tipo il diaframma non lo avevo mai provato. Per me un tagliere è una tagliata di diaframma, posso ritenermi soddisfatto! Prezzo congruo con il cenato. Da tornare!

The staff and owner are super friendly. We felt very welcome. After trying a number of less good restaurants in the area, we ended up at Wood55. The food was so delicious that we came back the next day. Also experienced great service on day 2 and we recommend everyone to eat here. The price-quality is perfect! Cena con tartare, calice di prosecco, acqua e verdure alla griglia. Carne spettacolare, gustosissima, fresca, tenera: perfetta. Servita al naturale con contorni di salsine e verdurine sott'aceto (ottime entrambe, un po' scarne come quantità ma basta chiedere e integrano). Prosecco ottimo. Verdure alla griglia ottime. Ottimo anche il servizio ed il prezzo. (20 euro totali).

When you are visiting the town of Casale Sul Sile by car or by boat, you need to stop in at Wood55. It is a short walk from the city center or a quick drive. I have been coming here since I moved to Italy last year and from the first day I walked in, I felt like a local. The staff was welcoming and if you don't speak Italian very well they do not have a problem speaking English with you. The food is great, from burgers, ribs to steaks and a few things in between, so far everything has been delicious and the prices are great. They have a few beers on tap, one of them is a great stout. Also they have a great cocktail menu and obviously wine. Parking in Italy can be a challenge but 50 meters from Wood55 there is a shopping center that has plenty of parking. If you are looking to try something a little different from the typical pasta and pizza, Wood55 is the place to be. Cheers!
