Wok to Walk In Roma

07/04/2024: Before entering, we feared there wouldn't be a table for two without a reservation, and in fact there wasn't, but they offered us the counter, which I must tell you, I liked! His Ramen Bars are also in other places in Rome, even in the center of the Trevi Fountain for example. But also in Florence, Brescia and Milan. Very kind staff. The counter overlooks the open kitchen. There is a calm that you don't expect that makes you spend a completely relaxing evening. The place is very informal and welcoming. The menu features three Ramen and other typical dishes. Even dessert. We took two Ramen, the classic Black and the Spicy. The broth is not transparent and in my opinion this is because there is meat inside and then they blend it to give it even more flavour. Very good. The tagliolini cooked perfectly. Strangely enough, I even managed to eat them with chopsticks, because they didn't slide off. Two Ramen, 4 takoyaki, 5 gyoza, two beers and two desserts, 63 euros. Maybe the prices are a little high, but you are in the Ostienze neighborhood in Rome and as we say, it fits!!!
