Wine Story In Castagnole delle lanze

It's rare to find a restaurateur as knowledgeable about wine as James. I recommend his restaurant for its excellent wine cellar and consistently top-notch menu. Bravo!

Three friends dropped in by chance, waiting for three others to join us. The owner seated us outside because all the tables inside were occupied, and in the meantime we browsed the menu. He was very clear about the ingredients, prices, recommended wine pairings, and a few funny jokes. Outside, there were other tables with people waiting to eat, all under a pergola. Even though the owner was alone, he did his best to make us feel comfortable. When the rest of the group arrived, we chose our dishes. Being a wine bar, it was well stocked with wines, and we were recommended the best ones based on what we ordered. We ate and drank beautifully; the attention to detail was a strong point. Everything was perfect. Furthermore, the owner spoke fluent English with the foreign diners. Finally, a top-notch business. Truly well done.

A pleasant Ferragosto evening at Castagnole, a wine story. Very good service, top-notch courtesy. Delicious dishes. The risotto was perfect, as was the hazelnut cake. Congratulations! Excellent wine selection.

Extremely nice restaurant, with fantastic food and wine. The dishes are based on Piedmontese cuisine, but with a sense of renewal. A huge advantage that they match each dish with a wine recommendation by the glass The staff is very competent and nice. We will gladly come back here

Excellent experience, located in the center of Castagnole Lanze, with ample parking just a few meters away. The attention to detail was evident both in the restaurant and in the dishes, served with professionalism and courtesy. Very friendly and helpful, even my vegetarian wife appreciated the menu's variety and the suggestion of some modifications to some dishes to better accommodate her. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and we even appreciated the opportunity to tour it with the owner. We enjoyed everything, from the delicious and carefully prepared dishes to the equally delicious bread and breadsticks. We will definitely return. The prices are reasonable for the service and are clearly displayed on the menu. At the tables around us, tourists were happy to find explanations in native English from the staff. A very pleasant evening.

We had a wonderful meal at Wine Story last night. The friendly host and owner, James, gave us a very warm welcome. It's a lovely restaurant in the picturesque center of Castagnole Delle Lanze. The food was delicious, as were the suggested accompanying wines. The dessert was the perfect ending to a beautiful summer evening.
