Beautiful surprise. They often passed by this illuminated staircase and I always saw people sitting, so we decided to try... Fantastic and never banal raw materials, the beers were also excellent. Very attentive and friendly service. They catered to us in every way, they specifically provided us with a screen for the Europeans, we were able to choose where to sit, and the dishes offered were more than welcome and appreciated. We went to Vita's Bistrot for dinner twice during our short stay in Brindisi. The food was excellent both times (fried anchovies, ravioli, pinsa, Caesar salad and wild boar burger), and the friendliness of the staff left nothing to be desired. And here there is Ichnusa. 😀

An obligatory stop for anyone passing through Brindisi, as excellent is not enough. We arrived at this place by chance, where we decided to have an aperitif, which then became dinner. The waiter guided us in choosing the dishes and above all in choosing the right quantities, allowing us to fully enjoy every single product. All the staff deserve an extra star not foreseen by the reviews, so we assign it to them. Keep it up.
