Nice place to sit in the middle of Portofino on the water. The prices were too high for what you got

The food and service was amazing contrary to all the other reviews posted. Amazing ambiance and menu. The staff were so welcoming and gave us time to order. They were amazingly accommodating I don’t get the bad reviews. Would go again!

I'm Korean. I fainted after eating grilled shrimp. It was so delicious. The lady is so kind

The food was decent. The atmosphere was ok. We were a little annoyed at how the head server was constantly correcting his assistant in front of us. He continuously barked orders at this guy. It really ruined the mood. We just wanted to enjoy a nice aperitivo by the port. This guy also kept soliciting tips from Americans. He was so kind in explaining to all of us dumb Americans how the tip isn’t included and that we can just pay the tip in cash. The food was already expensive. Coperto was 4 euro per person and we paid 8.50 euros for a bottle of water. Not worth it at all. This experience along with a few others have convinced me that we will never come back to Portofino. Service like this is a disservice to your beautiful commune.

Since we arrived late, it was one of the only places open. We didn't want to enter after looking at Google reviews. However, their pasta was good and we had a pleasant dinner with a very nice wine. It's a beautiful place on the coast of Portofina and it's open until late.

What a lovely place. Food was amazing - we had Penne Pomodoro,spagetti Aglio Oli and Nicoise salad - everything cooked perfectly. An amazing waitress served us .. very attentive and friendly. Definitely a place to try if u are in Portofino 🥰

I liked it, starting there, Aperol a little mild and that's what I like in particular, very good al dente pasta bologna, my husband excellent gamberi pasta with zucchini, and an excellent Sanbitter...on the seashore it is priceless. Attention from a very kind boy. Very nice and happy to be in Portofino.

This place is amazing! The drinks and food were awesome! I’m a big animal fan and they gave me bread to feed the ducks in the marina. 100% recommend! ☺️

We had drinks and dessert here. The service was perfect (attentive and kind, but not overbearing) and the tiramisu was delicious. They have the best tables in Portofino as well- right on the water.

We almost skipped past Positano Bistrot due to the poor Google rating however as we walked by and smelled the fresh plates of pasta, we asked the diners how their meal was and we were sold. Definitely not a mistake eating here! Our party had the spaghetti alla bolognese, spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino and taglioni gamberi e zuccine which were all so flavourful. By far some of the best no non-sense pasta we’ve had on our trip so far. And kudos to the friendly and very attentive staff!
