This summer, what made our stay in Torre Melissa (KR) even more pleasant was the rediscovery of the "Melissa" hotel and its "Il delfino" restaurant. The elegant design of this structure, combined with its very professional services, places it among the excellences of the area. In the restaurant, in addition to the internal room, you can enjoy a large and elegant terrace where you can spend unforgettable evenings, enveloped in the moonlight by the sea. In this magical and welcoming atmosphere, the competent and helpful staff are always attentive and willing to provide excellent advice. The menu offers a delicious range of dishes, all expertly crafted using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Thanks to its privileged location by the sea and excellent service, our evenings were truly memorable. The "Melissa" hotel and the "Il Delfino" restaurant have now become our favorite choice every time we go to the area. We couldn't recommend them enough, maybe even just for a fantastic dining experience. Also highly recommended for an excellent pizza!" Some combinations perhaps should be reviewed. Given the beautiful pizzeria at least one evening I would have proposed a pizza menu. In any case the raw materials were generally good. A special mention They were really nice and nice but we loved the girls in the breakfast room. The owners are distinguished and exquisite ladies. Nice clean sandy beach and new loungers and parasols. There is a shower on the beach. Large private parking space. The rooms are ok. and clean, but could use some renovation. The food on full board is plentiful and of average quality. The cuttlefish on the pizza was extremely chewy. There was no garlic, pepper or white wine on the spaghetti alle vongole. Other dishes were very good, including Pesce Spada and Spaghetti col Nero di Sepie. The service is attentive and friendly. The price-performance ratio is acceptable.
