I couldn't find a better pizza in Sardinia. Dongali is a sleepy little village in the Sardinian mountains. After 8 pm, there's absolutely nothing going on. We had to search for a long time and finally found what we were looking for on Wikipizza. It's a simple pizzeria, and many people get takeaway pizzas there. The pizza was very good, as was the house wine.

We ordered the Oddoene with grilled vegetables from the Sardinian menu, and Tavolara with fiore del latte, casizzola cheese , pear, walnuts, and honey from the seasonal menu. Both were excellent, thin crust pizzas. The Tavolara was an amazing combination.

Delicious pizza, I ordered the gluten- and lactose-free version, but it was truly exceptional. I went back after a few months because I still remembered how much I loved the previous one.
The only downside is that we wanted a cheese platter only, since the menu included cured meats and cheeses, but we don't eat meat, and they told us that wasn't possible (obviously, we would have paid the same or more if necessary).
