The reason for my choice to give 4 stars and not 5:
The kindness of the dining room staff is absolutely worthy of applause, at least in our case, so very good!
Speaking of dinner: the fish (and raw materials in general) were of the highest quality. They even made us a "customized" menu since we both can't eat lactose, and they were super attentive in this regard. Many dishes, however, are unfortunately covered by sauces (individually, good), hiding a bit too much the true star of the menu: the fish (or meat, for that matter).
If we could "fix" this aspect, we would be faced with a truly super-quality culinary offering, but in any case, well done!

Japanese culinary experience, education, and the world's number one chef. I've already tried the head chef, Mr. Wiki, and Priyan Food. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I celebrated my birthday here and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The quality of the fish was superb, as was the raw meat, but the evening was magical. Thanks to the waiters and the sommelier, who were very polite and friendly. The 6-course menu left me completely full, approved 👍

A stylish fusion Japanese restaurant with impressive presentation. They truly know how to plate food beautifully. Every dish is a pleasure for the eyes. However, a few dishes missed the flavor punch I was hoping for, though that might be more about my personal expectations.
The menu is interesting, and while some dishes really stood out, others were less memorable. Still, it’s clear they aim for high standards and in some ways, they are succeeding.

In a quiet, intimate setting, my boyfriend and I ate at the bar. I should point out that this restaurant doesn't offer an omakase menu. The service was very attentive and friendly. We were asked if we were here for a special occasion, and at the end, we were offered a glass of champagne.
We chose the six-course tasting menu, which was very good and the portions were just right.
Special mention goes to the sauces accompanying the dishes, which were refined and well-balanced.

We have wanted to try this restaurant for a while. We managed to book and took the 11 course tasting menu. The experience was very disappointing. First 8 dishes were very similar and ALL dishes were drenched in sauces which were soia based. Atmosphere very dull. Service very ‘dull’ as we were not asked once whether we liked the food. Do not recommend and will not return.
