Today I opened your wonderful Christmas gift, the 2009 Pommery Gran Cru Royal Champagne, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude. This champagne proved to be exceptional in every nuance. At the first sip, I was surrounded by a vibrant freshness, with fine and persistent bubbles dancing in the glass. The hints of ripe fruit, in particular the notes of golden apple and pear, blend harmoniously with elegant hints of citrus fruits and white flowers. The complexity of this wine is enriched by delicate nuances of bread crust and toasted almonds, the result of impeccable maturation. The structure and persistence on the palate are truly remarkable, making every sip an unforgettable experience.
