Elegant and welcoming location, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive yet discreet service. Extremely fresh, top-quality ingredients in every dish. Special praise goes to the spaghetti with clams, which are nothing short of sublime: the pasta (not from the supermarket) is perfectly al dente, the clams (select) are super fresh, and the balance of garlic, oil (real), and parsley make every bite a small masterpiece. The white fish tartare (amberjack) can be summed up in one word: pure seafood flavor. A complete culinary experience, where technique and taste meet to perfection. The price is just above average (relatively because the tartare was generous, and with the clams I had on my plate, other restaurants would have made two), but you pay for quality. A very small flaw is the cutlery, but when you eat out and the only flaw is the fork (not suitable for spaghetti), let's just say you can consider yourself very lucky. Well done.

Fantastic experience!
The place is very elegant, as are the waiters.
As for the food, I recommend the tasting menu for €70 per person: 4 appetizers, 2 first courses, fried fish, and dessert.
Among the appetizers, the cod and octopus were exceptional, the sautéed lupini beans, and the fried cannoli with ricotta and shrimp were very good.
The first courses were divine, but if I had to find a flaw, the fried fish wasn't exceptional.
The millefeuille was exceptional, with a delicious diplomat cream.
The only complaint was that we often ran out of water at the table. Other than that, the service was impeccable.
I recommend the valet service; the guy is very friendly and helpful, and the price is lower than what you'd pay at a regular parking lot.

I'm not one to give compliments easily, but I have to say they're well deserved here. We got to know the place thanks to a tasting menu. Frankly, we thought we'd try a few samples and then order a few extras, but there was no need. Quantity, but above all, quality. We were blown away by the "gnocco al gambero" and their truly spectacular tiramisu. The service was excellent; I especially thank Antonio for his kindness. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

We came for lunch to celebrate a graduation in July and we had a great time from every point of view. Everything was very good as far as the cuisine is concerned. The kindness and competence of Mr. Antonio and Mr. Rosario are worth highlighting. Beautiful and well-kept place. Excellent location. A beautiful day, also thanks to them.

We had a wonderful evening at Whitechillout for my father-in-law's 52nd birthday. They pampered us from start to finish with refined, fresh, and delicious food. A very, very beautiful and unique place; we had a great time, although it's definitely not the right place for those who don't eat fish. I had cacio e pepe, but it tasted like nothing...you couldn't taste the cheese or the pepper. I asked for a little chili pepper, but it never arrived. Those who ate fish were quite satisfied, but for what I ate, I definitely wasn't.
