Da Hans Restaurant is an absolute gem! The service was very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was cozy and conducive to a leisurely meal. I was most impressed by the steak – it was simply amazing! Perfectly cooked, juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. It's clear the kitchen prioritizes quality and fresh ingredients. Definitely a place you'll want to return to – I highly recommend it! 🥩✨

I've been frequenting this excellent restaurant for years. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is top-notch, and the staff are very friendly. The owner's distinctive personality, having hung up her apron, is missing, but the atmosphere she passed on to her son remains.

We went to Hans for the second time today.. .. It's one of those places you come back to because the food is excellent.. I want to point out the owner's helpfulness, who, despite it being close to closing time, accepted us and delighted us with his cuisine.. Thank you very much and see you soon

A fantastic experience, highly recommended for the food, which is all top-notch quality, and the staff are very friendly and always available. The meat is truly delicious, as is the grappa they make!

30/12/2025: Couple's vacation. Well-maintained and clean hotel. Large shared spaces. Good complimentary herbal tea and coffee service, provided by the hotel in the relaxation area with tables and a fireplace. Very spacious room with a three-seater sofa and an area with a table, bench, and stools. Large bathroom. Very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. They entertain guests whenever possible, always smiling, and that's not bad! Good breakfast buffet with a variety of sweet and savory options. We had dinner two nights and were more than satisfied. Unique dishes, plated in an original way. Generous portions with refined flavors. In just under 45 minutes, you can reach the cities of Bolzano and Trento and admire the Christmas markets. I recommend going there!

23/02/2026: Breakfast was good and plentiful with cappuccino, orange juice, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes, bread, butter and jam for €9.00
26/01/2026: We were only here for an aperitivo and a glass of wine, but we were delighted with the menu and the friendly service. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again :)
