Small, fine menu with South Tyrolean specialties and wines in a down-to-earth atmosphere. Has charm, was delicious, I'll be back.

Not having found the lady who waited on the tables was a shock but she obviously has the right to retire too. We always eat babies though even if they no longer make some things I was fond of

I didn't eat better in Moos than at Hans! Great atmosphere with excellent food and very good beer! Thank you very much for the great time!

I read the latest reviews with shock and I feel like saying that some people should just be ashamed! In 2 consecutive reviews they talk about a splinter of glass in a side dish, if it had happened to me I would definitely have left; for those who wrote them the priority was to be offered lunch The other instead complains that on a rainy evening they don't let her dog in because it is large and perhaps all wet to the detriment of other diners who probably wouldn't have liked the smell of having it nearby given that the restaurant is small and the tables are very close together. Anyway, back to my review... Excellent food, and a clean and well-kept environment Advised!!!

Recommended... good and quick food... I recommend off-menu veal cheeks with red sauerkraut... spectacular... typical place.. very kind staff... the super nice lady... After 1 year we wanted to return to Hans... and as always we left satisfied, always super... good food and very kind and quick staff. I recommend booking..

15/08/2024: We have been coming here for years, and it remains one of the best Chinese restaurants in Merano. Excellently prepared dishes, fast and always friendly service. Also excellent for takeaway.
