Very slow service. We took a Milanese and a cordon bleu, the meat was tough. Sweet, however, good. Very nice, typical environment, unfortunately given the staff and the food I wouldn't go back.

Five stars all for the food, which in my opinion is excellent. However, the service needs to be improved. We booked for 6pm, the place was empty when we arrived. The table was not yet set and once the starter arrived, we had to ask several times for cutlery, plates and glasses. Little attention and "care" for the customer, hasty and superficial service. However, I must also admit that they were very patient with us who had three little "lively" little girls. Overall I think the place is worth it, the food is very good.

It was always very nice when we were there. You immediately felt comfortable there.

Esta es mi segunda vez aquí y la comida es fenomenal! Tenemos el venado con papas y polenta, la carne de res con cebolla y papas, y la sopa de hígado y tocino canederli. Las porciones para el primer y segundo plato fueron suficientes para llenarte. Tuvimos un aperitivo al principio con salami, proschiutto y queso que estaba muy bueno (también había esta salsa de rábano picante que era muy sabrosa). También tuvimos dos tipos diferentes de desiertos - canaderli con queso ricotta y salsa de fresa y algún tipo de helado y mousse; ambos eran deliciosos. Nuestro servidor era muy agradable y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas e incluso llegamos a conocerla un poco. Este lugar sin duda tiene una sensación acogedora y sin duda lo recomendaría!

Cozy, rustic inn with very friendly service and great food! I ate 6 different dishes here on 6 visits during our vacation (from Schlutzkrapfen to Knödeltris to Bauerngröstl and venison goulash) and they were all great! Highly recommended!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante durante le nostre vacanze, in quanto avevo un desiderio da esaudire: qualche anno fa avevo mangiato un tortino al cioccolato che era favoloso… dunque volevo replicare la gustosa esperienza! Ordiniamo un tortello ripieno di erbette e formaggio, al burro e gli spatzle panna e prosciutto… i primi buoni, ben conditi… gli altri purtroppo non erano proprio da considerarsi tra i più buoni… anzi! Dalla foto si può vedere quanto il condimento fosse slegato. Per secondo invece si è rei preso il tutto con il filetto, molto buono e tenero! Arriva poi il momento tanto atteso … il tortino al cioccolato … purtroppo non era come me lo ricordavo! Peccato!

For us it was the first time, we have always heard about it but we have never managed to go. Characteristic place all in wood, small but welcoming. I recommend making a reservation even though when we arrived the place was already free and they didn't make us wait long, neither in terms of welcome nor as a restaurant. We had a very good time, the quality and price were right considering the abundance of the portions. Courteous, present and friendly staff. We had a great time!
