We visited Martin and Ivana a few times again this year.
To be precise, out of the five times we ate in Moos, we ate at Martin's "zum Hans" three times.
What can we say? Outstanding cuisine.
Honest and friendly people who know what they're doing.
Anyone who's eaten knuckle of pork there once will want it again.
A wonderful, rustic ambiance.
100% fair and reasonable price-performance ratio.
Thanks to your team, Martin, and we keep our fingers crossed that Ivana will be there for us again next year.

My wife and I often eat at this restaurant. The quality/price ratio is very good considering we're in Alto Adige. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, and the staff is very friendly, especially the lady at the tables! Recommended.

A very kind sales assistant recommended it to us, and I have to say that while it may not look like much from the outside, inside it's a typical South Tyrolean restaurant with a traditional stube and all the rest.
We ordered two items off the menu; the final price was a bit high, but the food justified it.
The staff were very direct but helpful, and if you can get a smile out of them, they're also friendly. RESERVATIONS are highly recommended, almost mandatory.
