Watami In Quarrata

24/07/2025: It was a wonderful restaurant with sophisticated cuisine. I ate there twice during my stay at the hotel. Watching the staff working briskly and carefully was a different kind of satisfaction from tasting the food. The atmosphere was romantic and very nice. In addition to the menu we ordered, amuse-bouche and entrée were served, which were delicious, so we nibbled on them with bread, and when the food actually arrived, we were quite full. If we had tried to finish it, we would have felt like we were going to burst, but it didn't weigh us down, and by the next morning, it was all digested and we could wake up comfortably. I think the menu and the chef's skills are excellent. The cacio e pepe with swordfish tartare and spaghetti with mint was exquisite. I thought this was exactly what the Japanese proverb "cheek-dropping taste" means.
